中国省域旅游产业可持续发展系统研究

【摘要】：随着经济的飞速发展和社会的不断前进,旅游业已成为国民经济的战略性支柱产业之一。但是,由于游客规模的快速增长,使旅游地受到了空前的压力。旅游产业与相关产业构成了一个开放型的复合系统,受到经济、社会、生态环境和政策技术等方面的影响。在旅游产业可持续发展系统中,对构成因素之间作用的分析,将有助于省域旅游产业可持续发展的定位和规划。因此,对省域旅游产业可持续发展系统的研究将有助于可持续发展的实现,成为我国旅游产业研究的重要课题。本文通过对基本概念的界定和相关理论的分析,建立了中国省域旅游产业可持续发展理论体系。围绕这一理论平台,系统地分析了中国省域旅游产业可持续发展的理论框架。通过回顾中国省域旅游产业可持续发展的时间和空间发展过程,和与传统发展模式的比较,建立了中国省域旅游产业可持续发展的三维发展理论,即受到时间、空间和要素的约束发展,运用Logistic方程,建立了省域旅游产业可持续发展理论模型和省域旅游产业可持续发展系统,为省域旅游产业可持续发展研究提供理论指导。通过对省域旅游产业可持续发展系统的分析,明确了省域旅游产业可持续发展系统的运行状态及维护系统运转的驱动机制、平衡机制、激励机制、信息反馈与调控机制和保障机制,并利用耗散结构理论和贝塔朗菲方程模拟系统的运行过程。利用二次相对绩效评价模型对旅游产业可持续发展系统中五大运行机制的拟合程度进行绩效评价,并选取国内30个省域2011-2013年的面板数据进行实证。同时,从全国的角度,构建多省域旅游产业可持续发展系统,建立潜力评价指标体系,利用“AHP-熵权”法及TOPSIS模型,对30个省域2002-2013年的旅游可持续发展潜力进行评价,发现省域旅游产业可持续发展系统运行机制协同度与可持续发展潜力之间联系密切。依据潜力评价结果,结合聚类分析方法,将30个省域按照可持续发展能力划分为三个类别,根据类别间的差异性和系统运行机制存在的问题,提出我国省域旅游产业可持续发展系统运行机制的调整路径、及省域旅游产业发展模式和路径,并制定相应的对策和措施。旅游产业可持续发展系统的研究是一个复杂的动态过程,对可持续性问题的解决是一个世界难题。因此,本研究对促进中国省域旅游产业可持续发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of society, tourism has become one of the strategic pillar industries of the national economy. Tourism industry and related industries form an open compound system, which is influenced by economic, social, ecological environment and policy technology. The analysis of the effect of the factors will be helpful to the orientation and planning of the sustainable development of the tourism industry in the province. Therefore, the study of the sustainable development system of the tourism industry in the province will contribute to the realization of the sustainable development. Through the definition of basic concepts and the analysis of relevant theories, this paper establishes a theoretical system of sustainable development of tourism industry in China. This paper systematically analyzes the theoretical framework of the sustainable development of China's provincial tourism industry. By reviewing the time and spatial development process of the sustainable development of China's provincial tourism industry, and comparing it with the traditional development model, this paper analyzes the theoretical framework of the sustainable development of the tourism industry in the provincial area of China. The three-dimensional development theory of the sustainable development of tourism industry in China is established, which is restricted by time, space and elements, and the Logistic equation is used. The theoretical model of the sustainable development of the provincial tourism industry and the sustainable development system of the provincial tourism industry are established in order to provide theoretical guidance for the study of the sustainable development of the provincial tourism industry. The running state of the sustainable development system of tourism industry in the province and the driving mechanism, the balance mechanism, the incentive mechanism, the information feedback and control mechanism and the guarantee mechanism of the sustainable development system of the tourism industry in the province are clarified. Using dissipative structure theory and Bertalanfie equation to simulate the running process of the system, and using the quadratic relative performance evaluation model to evaluate the performance of the five major operating mechanisms in the sustainable development system of tourism industry. At the same time, from the point of view of the whole country, the sustainable development system of tourism industry in multiple provinces is constructed, the evaluation index system of potential is established, and the "AHP- entropy weight" method and TOPSIS model are used. Based on the evaluation of tourism sustainable development potential in 30 provinces from 2002 to 2013, it is found that there is a close relationship between the coordination degree of operation mechanism and the sustainable development potential of tourism sustainable development system in provincial tourism industry. The 30 provinces are divided into three categories according to the ability of sustainable development. According to the differences among the categories and the problems existing in the operation mechanism of the system, the paper puts forward the adjustment path of the system operation mechanism of the sustainable development of tourism industry in our country. The research on sustainable development system of tourism industry is a complex dynamic process, and the solution of sustainability problem is a difficult problem in the world. This study is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of tourism industry in China.
