京津冀产业协同发展的路径及对策

【摘要】：京津冀产业协同发展在体制机制、系统动力方面存在瓶颈制约。需要充分发挥市场调节和政府宏观调控作用,积极探索协同发展路径,统筹规划,综合施策,从规划同编、分工同链、市场同体、科技同兴、金融同行、交通同网、生态同建、公共服务同享等方面促进京津冀产业协同发展。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry has bottlenecks in system mechanism and system power. It is necessary to give full play to the role of market regulation and government macro-control, actively explore the path of coordinated development, plan as a whole, and comprehensively implement policies, and compile from the same planning. Division of labor and chain, market and body, science and technology, financial peer, transportation network, ecological construction, public service sharing and other aspects to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry.
