新疆杏产业发展优势、时空变化及对策建议

【摘要】：新疆丰富多彩的土地资源、光热资源、品种资源使新疆具备了发展杏产业的优势条件,变成了理想的杏生产基地。现采用查阅文献资料、统计数据以及绘图等方法,研究了新疆各地、州、市杏产业的优势条件、发展现状、面积与产量时空变化及存在的问题,并提出了使杏产业长期、健康、稳定、标准化、规模化发展的若干对策建议,以期为确定新疆各地、州、市杏产业的未来发展方向、领域及规模等提供理论依据。结果表明:新疆各地、州、市具备了发展杏产业的优势条件,这些自然资源及品种资源的优势仅仅是发展杏产业的前提和基础,并非是充分条件。只有开发出具有资源特色并市场竞争力的商品时,才能使自然资源优势转变为经济优势。新疆各地、州、市不同时期的杏种植面积表现为1999—2009年逐渐增大,2009—2013年呈减少趋势,但一直保持一定的规模。杏产业除了具有经济、生态和社会效益以外,还有医药、保健品及饮料方面的开发价值较高,因此,在确定发展方向及发展领域方面具有可开发性。
[Abstract]:The rich and colorful land resources, light and heat resources and variety resources in Xinjiang make Xinjiang have the advantages of developing apricot industry and become an ideal apricot production base. This paper studies the advantage condition, present situation, space-time change of area and yield and existing problems of apricot industry in various regions, prefectures and cities of Xinjiang, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the long-term, healthy, stable, standardized and large-scale development of apricot industry. In order to provide theoretical basis for determining the future development direction, field and scale of apricot industry in various regions, states and cities in Xinjiang, the results show that all regions, states and cities in Xinjiang have the advantages of developing apricot industry. The advantages of these natural resources and variety resources are only the prerequisite and foundation for the development of apricot industry, but not sufficient conditions. In order to turn the natural resources advantage into the economic advantage, the apricot planting area in various regions, states, and cities of Xinjiang shows a decreasing trend from 1999 to 2009 to 2009-2013, but it has maintained a certain scale. In addition to the economy, the apricot industry, Besides the ecological and social benefits, the development value of medicine, health products and beverages is high, so it is developable in determining the direction and field of development.
