【摘要】：我国是柑橘重要起源地和世界柑橘主要产地之一,是柑橘栽培面积最大、产量最多的国家。随着科学种植和管理水平的提高,我国柑橘产量呈现逐年稳产递增的势头,柑橘产业已成为我国南方果农增加收入的主要方式。广西是我国柑橘主产省区之一,柑橘是广西分布区域最广、产量最大的优势水果,从2003年广西实施优果工程以来,广西柑橘产业发展迅猛,柑橘产业对推动全区果业发展和促进农民增收举足轻重。面对新的发展形势,“十三五”广西柑橘产业如何发展值得深入探讨。本文深入研究“十三五”广西柑橘产业发展。采用定性、定量、实证、比较法,运用区域经济学等基础理论,对世界和我国以及广西柑橘产业发展的现状与趋势进行综合分析,利用SWOT战略分析法,基于钻石模型,整体把握“十三五”广西柑橘产业发展的内外环境,并在此基础上对“十三五”广西柑橘产业发展进行趋势分析,最后借鉴国内外柑橘产业发展的成功经验,结合广西柑橘产业发展的实际情况,提出促进“十三五”广西柑橘产业发展的具体对策和建议。“十三五”广西柑橘产业要实现提质增效,建议从以下九个方面入手：(1)加强组织领导,做好柑橘产业发展规划；(2)加大新品种引进和选育力度,优化品种结构：(3)加强重要病虫害综合防控,确保柑橘产业健康发展；(4)加强柑橘标准园建设的示范与推广,促进柑橘规范化生产；(5)加强现代柑橘生产技术的应用与示范,提升柑橘生产效率；(6)是加强柑橘专业合作组织建设,提高柑橘生产组织化程度；(7)加强采后冷链物流建设的扶持力度,完善销售和物流体系；(8)组建区域性果业集团,促进柑橘流通贸易;(9)加强柑橘品牌文化建设,提升柑橘竞争力。
[Abstract]:China is one of the important origins of citrus and one of the main producing areas of citrus in the world. With the improvement of scientific planting and management, the citrus yield in China is increasing steadily year by year. Citrus industry has become the main way for fruit growers to increase their income in southern China. Guangxi is one of the major citrus producing provinces in China, and citrus is the most widely distributed fruit with the largest yield in Guangxi. The citrus industry in Guangxi is developing rapidly. Citrus industry plays an important role in promoting the development of fruit industry in the whole region and increasing farmers' income. Facing the new development situation, how to develop citrus industry in Guangxi in the 13th Five-Year Plan is worth discussing deeply. Industrial development. Quantitative, empirical, comparative and regional economics theories are used to analyze the current situation and trend of citrus industry development in the world, China and Guangxi. SWOT strategic analysis method is used, based on diamond model. Grasp the internal and external environment of the development of citrus industry in Guangxi during the 13th Five-Year Plan, analyze the trend of the development of citrus industry in Guangxi during the 13th Five-Year Plan, and finally draw lessons from the successful experience of citrus industry development at home and abroad. According to the actual situation of citrus industry development in Guangxi, the paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of citrus industry in Guangxi during the 13th Five-Year Plan. It is suggested that starting with the following nine aspects, we should strengthen organizational leadership, make a good plan for citrus industry development, and increase the intensity of introducing and breeding new varieties, optimize the variety structure, and strengthen the comprehensive control of important diseases and pests. To ensure the healthy development of citrus industry and to strengthen the demonstration and popularization of citrus standard orchard, to promote the standardized production of citrus and to strengthen the application and demonstration of modern citrus production technology, and to enhance the efficiency of citrus production, is to strengthen the construction of specialized citrus cooperation organization. To improve the degree of organization of citrus production, to strengthen the support of post harvest cold chain logistics construction, to perfect the sales and logistics system and to set up regional fruit industry groups, to promote the citrus circulation trade, to strengthen the construction of citrus brand culture and to enhance the competitiveness of citrus.
