陕西省太阳能光伏产业研究

【摘要】:能源是人类赖以生存的根基,优等能源和领先的能源技术是推动社会不断向前的重要因素。18世纪开始的产业革命使化石能源逐渐成为当今世界的主流能源,但也带来了传统能源的日益枯竭和环境气候问题。当今在低碳经济发展的背景下,新能源产业成为第三次产业革命的发展趋势,从长远角度考虑,开发可再生能源,尤其是发展适应第三次产业革命趋势的太阳能光伏(正文中用其英文缩写“PV”代替)产业,成为了全世界、中国乃至陕西省的共同选择。因此,本文以产业发展理论、博弈论以及技术创新论作为理论基础,试图对陕西省太阳能光伏产业发展的现状、问题及成因进行剖析,以期得出一些科学的结论,从而对低碳经济背景下陕西省发展太阳能光伏产业提出切实可行的建议和措施。本文分为七章:第一章为绪论,包括论题背景、意义、方法和中外研究现状。第二章介绍相关概念和理论依据。第三章是对陕西省的太阳能光伏产业发展现状进行分析。主要以陕西省发展太阳能光伏产业的必要性、发展基础为切入点,进一步通过数据分析探究其发展情况。第四章分析了陕西省太阳能光伏产业的问题和成因。主要通过数据整理、文献分析法以及博弈论和技术创新理论,对陕西省太阳能光伏产业存在的问题和成因进行探讨归纳。第五章是对中外太阳能光伏产业发展状况的分析和经验的分析与借鉴。一方面,分析太阳能光伏产业的国内外发展现状;另一方面,介绍了国际光伏巨头美国、德国、日本以及光伏快速发展的江苏、河北、青海省的成功经验。第六章是针对陕西省太阳能光伏产业存在的问题,提出解决措施及建议。第七部分是结论及展望。通过研究发现:陕西省太阳能光伏产业链较为完整,但从产业结构来看,多数企业停留在产业链的某一阶段,存在“中间大两头小”的畸形结构,从而使该产业出现成长性产能过剩和结构性产能过剩问题。此外,由于产业发展受技术壁垒影响,光伏发电成本居高不下,光伏产品丰富度不够,导致进入市场的路径狭窄且对外依存度较大。归根结底,产能过剩和技术落后是影响陕西省太阳能光伏产业良性发展的主要因素,为此,陕西省在今后的产业发展过程中,应将解决产能过剩和技术落后做为重要任务,做到以市场为导向,以政策为支撑,积极开展太阳能光伏产业市场准入标准建设及更新工作。鼓励现有企业兼并重组,协调发展上下游,加快产业结构的优化升级,并运用多重手段预防产能过剩。同时,加强区域创新能力和科技水平,通过生产工艺和装备的技术进步来大幅降低光伏发F电系统的初始投资成本,增强光伏的发电竞争力。努力开拓市场规模,逐步扩大国内市场需求,积极寻求多元化的国际市场,进一步促进陕西省太阳能太阳能光伏产业的持续健康发展。
[Abstract]:Energy is the foundation of human survival. Superior energy and leading energy technology are the important factors to push the society forward. The industrial revolution that began in the 18th century makes fossil energy gradually become the mainstream energy in the world. Under the background of low-carbon economy development, the new energy industry has become the third industrial revolution development trend, from the long-term perspective, the development of renewable energy, In particular, the development of solar photovoltaic industry, which adapts to the trend of the third industrial revolution, has become the common choice of the whole world, China and even Shaanxi Province. As a theoretical basis, game theory and technological innovation theory attempt to analyze the current situation, problems and causes of the development of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province, in order to draw some scientific conclusions. The paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, including the background of the topic, significance, significance of the development of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province under the background of low-carbon economy. The second chapter introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis. Chapter 3 analyzes the current situation of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province, mainly based on the necessity of developing solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province. Chapter 4th analyzes the problems and causes of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province, mainly through data collation, literature analysis, game theory and technology innovation theory. This paper discusses the problems and causes of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province. Chapter 5th is the analysis and experience of the development of solar photovoltaic industry in China and abroad. On the one hand, On the other hand, it introduces the international photovoltaic giants such as the United States, Germany, Japan and Jiangsu, Hebei, where the photovoltaic industry is developing rapidly. The successful experience of Qinghai Province. Chapter 6th is aimed at the problems existing in the solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province, and puts forward some measures and suggestions. 7th is the conclusion and prospect. Through the research, it is found that the solar photovoltaic industry chain of Shaanxi Province is relatively complete. But from the industrial structure point of view, most enterprises stay at a certain stage of the industrial chain, and there is a "middle big and two small" abnormal structure, so that the industry has the problem of growth overcapacity and structural overcapacity. Because the development of industry is affected by technical barriers, the cost of photovoltaic power generation is high and the abundance of photovoltaic products is not enough, which leads to the narrow path of entering the market and the high degree of external dependence. In the final analysis, Overcapacity and technological backwardness are the main factors that affect the healthy development of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province. Therefore, in the future industrial development process of Shaanxi Province, it should be an important task to solve overcapacity and technical backwardness. To take the market as the guide, to take the policy as the support, to actively carry out the construction and updating of the market access standards for the solar photovoltaic industry, to encourage the merger and reorganization of existing enterprises, to coordinate the development of upstream and downstream, and to accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, At the same time, strengthen the regional innovation ability and the level of science and technology, through the technological progress of production technology and equipment to significantly reduce the initial investment cost of photovoltaic F power generation system. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province, we should strive to develop the market scale, expand the domestic market demand, and actively seek a diversified international market.
