樟树、亳州中药产业发展比较研究

【摘要】：中医药文化是祖先留给今人的宝贵财富,它源远流长、博大精深,为中华民族的繁衍和发展发挥了重大的作用,同时对整个人类的文明和进步也做出了突出性的贡献。目前,从我国的医药行业发展现状来看,中药产业成为新的经济增长点,是我国国内盈利能力较强的产业。樟树是中国四大药都之一,中药产业发展历史悠久,从促进樟树当地经济发展的角度来看,通过对当地中药产业发展的研究能够了解樟树中药产业的特点,从而提出相应的政策性建议,因此研究樟树中药产业发展有着较大的现实意义。本文主要从历史与现状的角度将樟树市中药产业与亳州市中药产业进行比较分析,从而找出樟树中药产业发展中的不足。本文的核心观点:樟树中药产业发展与亳州相比存在较大差距,樟树中药产业要实现发展振兴关键在于中药研发,应采取以中药研发为主线,中药种植为基础,中药加工为主体,中药流通为纽带的发展战略。全文分为六个部分:第一章为绪论。主要阐述研究背景和意义、相关文献综述及评述、研究的主要内容及结构、研究方法以及创新与不足。在综述时发现现有文献主要集中讨论的是国家层面的中药产业发展问题,对地方中药产业发展的研究还比较少,而对于樟树中药产业发展的研究更是少之又少,因此,本文以此为切入点进行研究。第二章是对相关概念及理论的综述。首先界定中药、中药产业的概念和中药产业范畴,同时将中药产业划分为中药种植业、中药加工业、中药流通业以及中药知识产业四部分,再对竞争优势理论、比较优势理论进行简要回顾,为下文的写作做好理论铺垫。第三章是对樟树、亳州中药产业发展的纵向回顾。首先介绍两地中药产业发展的历史轨迹,发现两地同为中国药都,具有相似的发展历程;其次,再从中药种植、中药加工和中药流通等方面对樟树和亳州两地中药产业发展的现状进行描述,介绍两地中药产业发展目前的基本情况,发现不足,从而展开下文具体影响因素的比较分析。第四章是对樟树、亳州中药产业发展的横向比较。选取资本、资源、人才、科技研发等因素,对两地中药产业进行横向对比,找出樟树中药产业发展中的长处与不足。第五章是问题及原因分析。通过横向与纵向对比之后,认识到樟树中药产业与亳州中药产业存在差距,并找出问题及原因所在。第六章是樟树中药产业发展的对策建议。针对前文对两地历史与现状的纵向与横向比较,结合樟树中药产业中出现的问题,提出樟树中药产业发展模式应以中药研发为主线,关注国家政策导向,做强道地药材种植、做精中药深加工、做活中药流通。
[Abstract]:The culture of traditional Chinese medicine is a precious treasure left by our ancestors. It goes back to ancient times and is extensive and profound. It has played an important role in the reproduction and development of the Chinese nation, and at the same time has made outstanding contributions to the civilization and progress of the entire human race. At present, Judging from the current situation of the pharmaceutical industry in China, the traditional Chinese medicine industry has become a new economic growth point and one of the most profitable industries in China. Camphor tree is one of the four major pharmaceutical cities in China, and the traditional Chinese medicine industry has a long history of development. From the point of view of promoting the local economic development of camphor tree, through the research on the development of local traditional Chinese medicine industry, we can understand the characteristics of camphor tree traditional Chinese medicine industry and put forward corresponding policy recommendations. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the development of Chinese medicine industry of camphor tree. In this paper, the traditional Chinese medicine industry of Zhangshu City and Bozhou City are compared and analyzed from the perspective of history and present situation. The key point of this paper is that there is a big gap between camphor and Bozhou in the development of camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry, and the key to realize the development of camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry lies in the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, the main background and significance of the research and development, the main development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine cultivation, the main body of traditional Chinese medicine processing, and the circulation of traditional Chinese medicine. The main contents and structure of the research, the research methods, and the innovation and deficiency. It is found that the current literature focuses on the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry at the national level. The research on the development of local traditional Chinese medicine industry is still relatively few, and the research on the development of camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry is even less. Therefore, this paper takes this as the starting point to study. Chapter two is a summary of related concepts and theories. At the same time, the traditional Chinese medicine industry is divided into four parts: traditional Chinese medicine planting industry, traditional Chinese medicine processing industry, traditional Chinese medicine circulation industry and Chinese medicine knowledge industry. The competitive advantage theory and comparative advantage theory are briefly reviewed. The third chapter is a longitudinal review of the development of Chinese medicine industry in Zhangshu and Bozhou. Firstly, it introduces the historical track of the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in the two places, and finds that the two places are both Chinese medicine capital, with similar development process; secondly, Then it describes the current situation of Chinese medicine industry development in Zhangshu and Bozhou from the aspects of Chinese medicine planting, processing and circulation of traditional Chinese medicine, and introduces the basic situation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in the two places, and finds out that it is insufficient. Chapter 4th is about the horizontal comparison of the development of Chinese medicine industry in Zhangshu and Bozhou. Selecting the factors such as capital, resources, talents, scientific and technological research and development, the paper makes a horizontal comparison of the traditional Chinese medicine industry between the two places. Find out the advantages and disadvantages in the development of Chinese medicine industry of camphor tree. Chapter 5th is the analysis of problems and reasons. After horizontal and vertical comparison, it is recognized that there is a gap between Chinese medicine industry of camphor tree and that of Bozhou traditional Chinese medicine industry. And find out the problems and reasons. Chapter 6th is the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry. In view of the vertical and horizontal comparison of the history and current situation of the two places, combined with the problems in camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry, It is suggested that the development mode of camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry should take the research and development of Chinese medicine as the main line, pay close attention to the national policy orientation, strengthen the cultivation of native Chinese medicine, do the deep processing of traditional Chinese medicine, and make the circulation of traditional Chinese medicine lively.
