江西省建筑产业绩效评价与其影响因素分析

【摘要】：现如今社会,建筑业在社会发展中的地位日益重要,各地都在不断发展壮大建筑业,但是由于江西省的现实发展状况,江西省建筑产业依旧是粗放型的增长方式、低效率、低回报的发展方式。因此,对江西省建筑产业绩效的评价研究显得尤为紧迫和重要。本论文采用的是在相关指标数据的基础上,定性与定量分析的方法相互结合的方法,对江西省建筑业绩效水平进行整体分析和评价。主要的分析视角包括:(1)运用熵权-TOPISIS方法测算江西省在2003-2012年建筑业在相关投入产出指标的影响下的发展趋势及最优解下的生产效率。在时间维度上,表明江西省建筑业绩效水平在近十年的发展整体上有所提升。(2)运用区位基尼系数评价了江西省十一个地市的建筑产业的聚集程度,表明江西省建筑产业的区域聚集度差异明显;(3)建立耦合协调发展指标评价体系,对江西建筑产业和经济发展相互之间的耦合水平进行评价。表明耦合度状况也在不断改善,由低水平走向高水平。在省域视角下,2003年江西省建筑业和经济发展相互之间的耦合协调度属于濒临失调状态,2004、2005年、2007年以及2008年属于勉强协调类,2006年,2009-2012年的耦合协调度均大于0.6,属于协调发展类。在市域视角下,江西省11个城市的建筑业和经济发展耦合协调关系只有南昌市、赣州市和九江市耦合协调度大于0.6,属于协调发展阶段。然后进一步挖掘影响江西省的建筑产业绩效的因素,运用改进的柯布道格拉斯生产函数研究影响江西省建筑产业生产效率的要素有哪些;再分析江西省三大产业聚集水平,研究影响建筑业集聚水平变化的因素;同时,使用灰色关联法找出影响建筑产业与经济综合水平发展耦合协调水平主要因素。通过研究发现:(1)人力和财力的投入程度依旧是省建筑业绩效衡量的第一要素;(2)产业集聚水平、目前产业结构和基础对江西省建设产业绩效的有重要影响;(3)增加建筑业产出总产值和提高劳动生产效率对加快江西省经济发展以及建筑业进步有着至关重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the construction industry is playing an increasingly important role in social development, and the construction industry is constantly developing and expanding everywhere. However, due to the actual development situation in Jiangxi Province, the construction industry in Jiangxi Province is still an extensive growth mode and low efficiency. Therefore, it is very urgent and important to evaluate the performance of construction industry in Jiangxi Province. This paper adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis on the basis of relevant index data. The overall analysis and evaluation of the performance level of construction industry in Jiangxi Province are carried out. The main analysis angle includes: 1) using entropy weight TOPISIS method to estimate the development trend and optimization of construction industry in Jiangxi Province in 2003-2012 under the influence of relevant input-output indicators. In the time dimension, The results show that the performance level of construction industry in Jiangxi Province has been improved in the past ten years.) based on the Gini coefficient of location, the paper evaluates the degree of agglomeration of construction industry in 11 cities in Jiangxi Province. The results show that the difference of regional aggregation degree of construction industry in Jiangxi Province is obvious. (3) setting up the evaluation system of coupling coordination development index, and evaluating the coupling level between construction industry and economic development in Jiangxi Province, indicating that the coupling degree situation is also improving continuously. From a low level to a high level. From a provincial perspective, the degree of coupling and coordination between the construction industry and economic development in Jiangxi Province in 2003 belongs to the condition of being on the verge of maladjustment. In 2005, 2007 and 2008, the degree of coupling and coordination belongs to the category of barely coordinated, 2006 and 2009-2012. Scheduling is greater than 0.6, which belongs to the category of coordinated development. The coupling and coordination relationship between construction industry and economic development in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province is only Nanchang City, Ganzhou City and Jiujiang City are more than 0.6, which belongs to the stage of coordinated development. Then the factors that affect the performance of construction industry in Jiangxi Province are further explored. Using the improved Cobb Douglas production function to study the factors that affect the production efficiency of construction industry in Jiangxi Province; to analyze the three major industrial agglomeration levels in Jiangxi Province, and to study the factors that affect the change of the building industry agglomeration level; at the same time, The main factors affecting the coupling and coordination level between the construction industry and the economic development are found by using the grey correlation method. Through the research, it is found that the degree of investment in human and financial resources is still the first factor in measuring the performance of the provincial construction industry and the level of industrial agglomeration. At present, the industrial structure and foundation have an important influence on the construction industry performance of Jiangxi Province.) increasing the total output value of the construction industry and improving the labor production efficiency play an important role in speeding up the economic development and the development of the construction industry in Jiangxi Province.
