【摘要】：在全面质量管理实施改革方面,建筑行业已经落后于其他行业,全面质量管理理论在制造业和其他行业的成功实践,迫使建筑行业采用全面质量管理理论。文章一开始概述了建筑行业质量的必要性,然后简述了全面质量管理的基本概念、思想理论及发展史,组建了全面质量管理的基本框架模型,最后结合工作应用于工程实践中。本文通过对惠普(济宁)产业基地一期工程前期质量状况、工程设计质量状况、工程施工质量状况、工程采购和招标质量状况的描述,全面分析公司管理保障体系存在的问题,在此基础上提出了解决问题的措施方案,最终形成了以最高管理层的承诺、质量文化、战略质量管理、设计质量管理流程管理、合作商的质量管理、教育和培训、授权和参与、信息和分析、客户满意度为框架的惠普(济宁)产业基地全面质量管理保障体系,并应用于二期工程建设实践。在实践中不断探索、总结、完善。
[Abstract]:In the implementation of total quality management reform, the construction industry has lagged behind other industries, total quality management theory in manufacturing and other industries of successful practice, This paper first summarizes the necessity of the quality of the construction industry, and then briefly describes the basic concept, ideological theory and history of development of total quality management. The basic frame model of total quality management is set up and applied to engineering practice in the end. This paper analyzes the quality status of the first phase of the Hewlett-Packard (Jining) industrial base project, the quality of the engineering design, the quality of the project construction. On the basis of the description of the quality situation of project procurement and bidding, the problems existing in the management and guarantee system of the company are comprehensively analyzed, and on the basis of this, the measures to solve the problem are put forward, and finally the quality culture is formed with the commitment of the highest management level. Strategic quality management, design quality management process management, partner quality management, education and training, authorization and participation, information and analysis, customer satisfaction as the framework of HP (Jining) industrial base total quality management system, And applied to the second phase construction practice.
