云南生物制药产业技术创新能力系统涌现性度量模型及实证研究

【摘要】:生物制药产业是典型的高技术产业,全国很多省区都将生物制药产业作为支柱性产业或者战略性新兴产业来加以培育和发展。对生物制药产业的培育和发展往往涉及到产业技术创新、产业变革,甚至社会体制的改革,单纯的技术创新或者市场的培育成效甚微。由于生物制药产业是新兴的高技术高门槛行业,并且对生物制药的相关研究还处于探索阶段,所以可供参考的文献研究相对较少。纵观目前国内生物制药技术创新的相关研究与文献,大多集中在产业技术创新战略联盟、产业技术创新管理模式、产业技术创新效率及其评价指标体系、产业技术创新能力及其评价指标体系、产业技术创新系统等方面,而生物制药产业技术创新能力系统的涌现性方面的相关研究相对比较缺乏。云南省作为一个医药大省,具有得天独厚的地理优势和资源优势,近年来云南生物制药产业发展迅速,但与全国很多省份相比,存在较大差距。在未来相当长一段时间内,如何快速提高云南生物制药产业的技术创新能力和产业竞争力,带动云南生物制药产业的发展具有重要的现实意义。因此,笔者基于复杂适应系统(CAS)理论和产业技术创新理论的视角,将云南生物制药产业技术创新能力系统视为复杂适应系统,分析了该系统的构成和运行机制,在此基础上,构建了云南生物制药产业技术创新能力系统概念模型和云南生物制药产业技术创新能力系统涌现性度量模型。基于涌现理论,分析了云南生物制药产业技术创新能力系统的涌现来源、涌现过程和涌现结果,构建了云南生物制药产业技术创新能力系统涌现性度量指标体系,运用主成分分析法对度量指标体系提取主成分,获得影响云南生物制药产业技术创新能力系统涌现性的四种不同类型熵,并对云南生物制药产业技术创新能力系统涌现的熵值进行计算分析。
[Abstract]:The biopharmaceutical industry is a typical high-tech industry. Many provinces and regions in China have cultivated and developed the biopharmaceutical industry as a pillar industry or a strategic emerging industry. The cultivation and development of the biopharmaceutical industry often involves industrial technological innovation and industrial transformation. Even with the reform of the social system, pure technological innovation or the cultivation of the market, little has been achieved. Because the biopharmaceutical industry is a new high-tech and high-threshold industry, and the related research on biopharmaceuticals is still in the exploratory stage, Therefore, there is relatively little literature research for reference. At present, most of the relevant research and literature on biopharmaceutical technology innovation in China are concentrated in the strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation, the management mode of industrial technological innovation, Industrial technological innovation efficiency and its evaluation index system, industrial technological innovation ability and its evaluation index system, industrial technological innovation system, etc. However, the relative research on the emergence of the technological innovation ability system in the biopharmaceutical industry is relatively lacking. As a large pharmaceutical province, Yunnan Province has unique geographical and resource advantages. In recent years, the biopharmaceutical industry in Yunnan has developed rapidly, but compared with many provinces in China, there is a big gap. In a long period of time in the future, how to rapidly improve the technological innovation ability and industrial competitiveness of the biopharmaceutical industry in Yunnan Province, Therefore, based on the theory of complex adaptive system (CAS) and the theory of industrial technological innovation, it is of great practical significance to promote the development of biopharmaceutical industry in Yunnan. The technological innovation ability system of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry is regarded as a complex adaptive system. The composition and operation mechanism of the system are analyzed. The concept model of Yunnan Biopharmaceutical Industry technological Innovation capability system and the Yunnan Biopharmaceutical Industry technological Innovation capability system emergence measure Model are constructed. This paper analyzes the origin, process and result of the emergence of Yunnan Biopharmaceutical Industry technological Innovation ability system, and constructs the emergent index system of Yunnan Biopharmaceutical Industry technological Innovation capability system. The principal component analysis was used to extract the principal components from the measurement index system, and four different types of entropy were obtained to influence the emergence of the technological innovation ability of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry. The entropy of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry technological innovation ability system is calculated and analyzed.
