【摘要】：近年来,宏观政策对微观企业行为影响的研究不断增多。本文以2006-2015年A股上市公司为样本,通过双重差分法,实证检验了产业政策、高管过度自信与企业现金持有的关系,预期为宏观政策环境对企业的微观影响提供新的经验证据。研究结果表明高管过度自信与企业现金持有是正相关关系,产业政策抑制了高管过度自信对企业现金持有的影响机制。研究结果丰富了企业现金持有的相关研究,同时为改善企业行为活动和国家宏观政策的制定提供了有益的经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the influence of macro-policy on micro-enterprise behavior is increasing.Taking A share listed companies from 2006 to 2015 as a sample, this paper empirically tests the relationship between industrial policy, executive overconfidence and corporate cash holding through double differential method. It is expected to provide new empirical evidence for the microcosmic impact of macro policy environment on enterprises.The results show that there is a positive correlation between executive overconfidence and corporate cash holding, and industrial policies inhibit the influence mechanism of executive overconfidence on corporate cash holding.The results of the study enrich the relevant research on corporate cash holdings and provide useful experience for improving corporate behavior and national macro policy formulation.
