基于产业融合模式的旅游型小城镇松鸣镇产业发展路径研究

【摘要】：当前,中国经济进入新常态,随着社会经济发展水平的提高,物质生活条件不断地改善,人们对精神层面的需求也随之提升,旅游产业作为“人类唯一昂贵的精神需求”,迅速迎来自身发展的黄金期,因此以旅游产业为主导产业的旅游型小城镇,目前已经进入高速发展的时期。现阶段,我国南方地区涌现出一批优秀的旅游型小城镇,依靠多元化的旅游资源与开发理念,不仅丰富了当地旅游市场,同时也促进了新型城镇化的进程,极力改善了当地居民的生活水平。甘肃省少数民族地区有着多元化的民族风情与特色旅游资源,发展旅游产业具有优越的资源环境。但是,由于交通、地理条件等制约因素,甘肃省少数民族地区经济发展水平及城镇化程度与全国平均水平有着较大差距。因此,依托地方民族文化与特色资源发展旅游型小城镇,是甘肃省少数民族地区城镇化进程中的重要一环,也是促进当地经济社会发展与改善民生的最佳路径。因此,本文选取松鸣镇为研究对象,着眼于甘肃省少数民族地区旅游型小城镇产业发展研究。从旅游型小城镇可持续发展层面来讲,产业体系的可持续发展至关重要,需要作为主导产业的旅游产业,发挥引导带动作用,融合地方具有资源基础的特色产业协同发展,构建特色产业与旅游产业互动发展的产业集群,构建泛旅游产业体系,促进“全域旅游”的实现。因此十分有必要运用旅游产业融合理论对旅游型小城镇产业发展进行研究,本文基于旅游产业融合模式,选取临夏回族自治州最具代表性的旅游型小城镇——松鸣镇为研究对象,运用定量与定性相结合的方法对镇域旅游产业融合现状进行分析,并就松鸣镇之后的产业发展路径提出对策及建议。本论文主要分为四个部分:绪论部分:对应论文的第一章内容,主要论述了选题背景及依据、研究目的与意义、研究方法与内容、国内外研究综述、研究框架。理论部分:对应论文的第二章与第三章,为论文的理论基础。其中第二章对文中相关概念进行界定,就旅游产业融合模式的基础理论进行了阐述,并对国内外旅游产业融合较为成功的旅游型小城镇进行了分析总结。第三章运用“原因—过程—结果”的逻辑分析方法对论文核心理论——旅游产业融合模式进行了阐述,为下文松鸣镇产业发展策略的提出奠定理论基础。松鸣镇研究部分:包括论文的第四章及第五章,主要对松鸣镇旅游产业与相关产业的融合现状进行研究,从而提出发展策略。其中第四章首先对松鸣镇旅游产业融合背景,其次结合定性与定量分析,对松鸣镇旅游产业融合现状进行评价并提出问题所在。第五章依据旅游产业融合模式对松鸣镇提出产业融合建议、产业融合策略及空间布局对策。结论部分:为全文的总结部分,提出论文结论,并指出论文研究的不足,最后对今后的研究作出展望。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy has entered a new normal. With the improvement of the level of social and economic development, the material living conditions have been continuously improved, and the spiritual needs of people have also been raised. The tourism industry, as the "only expensive spiritual demand of mankind," The golden period of its own development is quickly ushered in. Therefore, the tourism small towns, which take the tourism industry as the leading industry, have entered the period of high speed development. At this stage, a number of excellent tourist towns have emerged in the southern region of China. Relying on diversified tourism resources and development concepts, they not only enrich the local tourism market, but also promote the process of new urbanization. Efforts have been made to improve the living standards of the local population. Ethnic minority areas in Gansu Province have diversified ethnic customs and characteristics of tourism resources, and the development of tourism industry has a superior resource environment. However, due to the restricted factors such as transportation and geographical conditions, the level of economic development and the degree of urbanization in minority areas of Gansu Province are quite different from the national average level. Therefore, relying on local national culture and characteristic resources to develop tourism small towns is an important part of the urbanization process in minority areas of Gansu Province, and is also the best way to promote local economic and social development and improve people's livelihood. Therefore, this paper chooses Songming Town as the research object, focusing on the development of tourism small towns in minority areas of Gansu Province. From the aspect of sustainable development of small tourist towns, the sustainable development of the industrial system is very important. It is necessary for the tourism industry as the leading industry to play a leading role in promoting the coordinated development of local characteristic industries based on resources. Constructing the industrial cluster of interactive development of characteristic industry and tourism industry, constructing the system of pan-tourism industry, promoting the realization of "global tourism". Therefore, it is necessary to use the theory of tourism industry convergence to study the development of tourism industry in small towns. This paper selects Songming Town, the most representative tourist town in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, as the research object, and analyzes the present situation of tourism industry convergence in the town area by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. And puts forward the countermeasure and the suggestion to the industry development path after Songming Town. This paper is divided into four parts: introduction: the first chapter of the corresponding paper, mainly discusses the background and basis of the topic, research purpose and significance, research methods and content, domestic and foreign research review, research framework. Theoretical part: the second and third chapters of the corresponding paper, as the theoretical basis of the paper. The second chapter defines the related concepts in this paper, expounds the basic theory of tourism industry convergence model, and analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign tourism industry integration relatively successful tourism small towns. The third chapter uses the logic analysis method of "cause-process-result" to expound the core theory of the paper-tourism industry integration model, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following industrial development strategy of Songming Town. The research part of Songming Town includes the fourth and fifth chapters of this paper. It mainly studies the current situation of the integration of tourism industry and related industries in Songming Town, and then puts forward the development strategy. The fourth chapter firstly analyzes the background of tourism industry convergence in Songming Town, and then combines qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate the current situation of tourism industry convergence in Songming Town and put forward the problems. The fifth chapter puts forward the suggestion of industry convergence, the strategy of industry convergence and the countermeasures of space layout according to the mode of tourism industry convergence. The conclusion part: the conclusion of the paper is put forward, and the deficiency of the research is pointed out. Finally, the future research is prospected.
