【摘要】：政府采购作为助推战略性新兴产业发展的一种有效财政政策,已经被许多市场经济国家广泛采用。本文通过分析GPA主要成员方运用政府采购促进高新技术产业发展的主要做法,试提出完善我国促进战略性新兴产业发展的政府采购制度的建议。
[Abstract]:As an effective fiscal policy to promote the development of strategic emerging industries, government procurement has been widely used in many market economy countries. By analyzing the main methods of government procurement to promote the development of high and new technology industry, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the government procurement system to promote the development of strategic emerging industries in China.
