【摘要】：本文论述太仓市产业经济信息管理系统的开发,目的是面向以地区产业创新为指导战略实施新型的城市经济规划与管理,以发展具有地方特色的产业经济结构,并对本地区企业经营和科技创新为主要动力进行协调发展。该软件针对该战略的管理和实施,构建能够为领导层提供有效信息与决策辅助功能的信息化管理工具平台。论文从软件开发的角度出发,结合软件工程的概念和方法为工具讨论该软件的设计和实现。论文首先概述该软件的开发基础。针对该系统的功能需求分析,着重阐述了该系统的开发应用目标和围绕核心功能目标的基础数据管理功能、产业经济数据分析和评价分析功能以及产业经济规划仿真和决策辅助功能。接下来对该软件的概要设计、软件架构、数据库设计和主要的系统功能层即产业经济发展状况分析评价及产经规划仿真决策辅助分析功能的软件数据结构、主要的组成对象及其整体处理流程进行讨论,以及如何以此为基础完成该系统的程序实现与测试。该系统基于Java和SQL Server数据库平台编程实现,初步的试运行表明该系统对提升政府的经济管理能力切实起到了积极的支持作用,特别是在较为完整地提供本地区产经均衡发展指标方面,较好地达到了该系统的开发目的。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the development of the industrial economic information management system in Taicang. The purpose is to implement a new urban economic planning and management with regional industrial innovation as the guidance strategy, to develop the industrial economic structure with local characteristics, and to coordinate the development of the local enterprise management and scientific and technological innovation as the main motive force. The management and implementation of the strategy and the construction of an information management tool platform that can provide effective information and decision support for the leadership. The paper discusses the design and implementation of the software from the perspective of software development and the concepts and methods of software engineering. The paper first describes the development foundation of the software. The development and application target of the system, the basic data management function around the core function target, the function of industrial economic data analysis and evaluation and the function of the industrial economic planning simulation and decision support are emphatically expounded. Then the outline design, the software architecture, the database design and the main system work of the software are given. The energy layer is the software data structure of the analysis and evaluation of the industrial economic development and the auxiliary analysis function of the production planning simulation decision. The main components and the whole processing flow are discussed, and how to complete the program implementation and test on the basis of this system. The system is based on the programming of Java and SQL Server database platform. Preliminary trial operation shows that the system has played a positive role in promoting the economic management ability of the government, especially in providing a more complete indicator of balanced development in the region, which is better to achieve the purpose of the development of the system.
