湖北省电子信息产业制造业发展及战略性转型研究

【摘要】：目前,我国制造业普遍面临着市场需求疲软、自主创新能力不强、核心技术受制于人的困境。电子信息产业制造业在整个国民经济中处于先导性、战略性和基础性的地位。因此,它面临着制造业都有的困境,急需转型。鉴于此,政府政策倾斜明显。湖北省是我国制造业基础较好的省份,其光电子信息产业在世界具有一定的影响力,电子信息产业制造业的特色明显。在经济新常态下,如何审时度势,充分利用政策优势,实现该省电子信息产业制造业的跨越式发展就具有十分重要的意义。文章基于现有文献资料,认真梳理了改革开放以来湖北省电子信息产业制造业的发展态势,通过对该省电子信息产业制造业轨迹的描述性分析,剖析了湖北省电子信息产业制造业存在的问题,并用SWOT分析法系统的分析了其发展的环境。针对现有问题结合SWOT分析结果,提出了湖北省电子信息产业制造业转型发展的路径。针对湖北省电子信息产业制造业面临利润空间有限、复合型人才供应不足、中小企业融资渠道不畅、项目贡献不高等问题,文章认为湖北省应该基于该省较好的制造业产业基础、强大的科教实力、便利的交通条件等优势,通过电子信息产业制造业服务化、集群化、绿色化的转型升级战略,来克服内部产业结构不合理、研发投入不足、产学研效果不佳等劣势,抓住利好政策云集、光电子需求旺盛、产业转移趋势明显的的机遇,克服光电子信息产业国内外竞争激烈、贸易摩擦形势严峻的威胁,从而实现湖北经济的腾飞。
[Abstract]:At present, the manufacturing industry of our country generally faces the predicament of weak market demand, weak independent innovation ability and the core technology being controlled by others. Electronic information industry manufacturing industry is in the leading, strategic and basic position in the whole national economy. As a result, it is faced with the plight of the manufacturing industry, the urgent need for transformation. In view of this, the government policy tilt is obvious. Hubei Province is a province with good manufacturing foundation, its optoelectronic information industry has certain influence in the world, and the characteristics of electronic and information industry manufacturing industry are obvious. Under the new normal state of economy, it is of great significance to judge the situation and make full use of the policy advantages to realize the leap-forward development of the electronic and information industry manufacturing industry in this province. Based on the existing literature, this paper makes a careful analysis of the development situation of the electronic information industry manufacturing industry in Hubei Province since the reform and opening up, and through the descriptive analysis of the track of the electronic information industry manufacturing industry in Hubei Province. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the electronic information manufacturing industry in Hubei Province, and analyzes its developing environment with the SWOT analysis method. According to the existing problems and the results of SWOT analysis, this paper puts forward the path of the transformation and development of the electronic information industry in Hubei province. In view of the problems faced by Hubei electronic and information industry manufacturing industry, such as limited profit space, insufficient supply of compound talents, poor financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises, and low project contribution, etc. Based on the advantages of the province's better manufacturing industry foundation, strong scientific and educational strength and convenient transportation conditions, this paper holds that Hubei Province should adopt the strategy of transforming and upgrading the electronic and information industry manufacturing industry into service, cluster and green. To overcome the disadvantages of irrational internal industrial structure, insufficient investment in R & D, poor results of production, education and research, and seize the opportunity of gathering favorable policies, exuberant demand for optoelectronics, and obvious trend of industrial transfer. To overcome the threat of fierce competition at home and abroad and severe trade friction situation in the optoelectronic information industry, Hubei's economy has taken off.
