地理标志保护促进湘潭县湘莲产业发展研究

【摘要】：地理标志是一种重要的知识产权。自1994年地理标志被纳入我国法律体系加以保护开始,地理标志保护在我国己有21年发展历程。基于我国地理、气候、水资源等自然环境多样性的特征,我国农产品种类,尤其是各具特色的优质农产品资源品类丰富,因此引进地理标志保护制度对我国农业的可持续化与特色化发展具有长远的意义。本文在研究地理标志发展背景与意义的基础上,概述了地理标志的基本概念与基本特征,并通过对产业发展理论与俱乐部理论的简单介绍,为地理标志保护促进区域农业经济发展提供理论依据；分析湘潭县地理标志产品“湘莲”的保护与发展现状以及存在的诸多问题,从而揭示湘莲地理标志发展过程中遭遇的瓶颈；确定基于研究主题的调查时间、范围、对象、方法和内容等基本要素,对湘莲地理标志及其认知度进行消费者调查,并对调查结果进行研究分析得出结论；结合地理标志保护和发展理论以及问卷调查分析报告,相应提出促进湘莲地理标志发展水平的策略及政策建议。
[Abstract]:Geographical indication is an important intellectual property right. Since the geographical indication was brought into the legal system of our country to protect in 1994, the protection of geographical indication has been developing for 21 years in our country. Based on the diversity of the natural environment, such as geography, climate, water resources and so on, the variety of agricultural products in China, especially the high-quality agricultural resources with its own characteristics, is abundant. Therefore, the introduction of geographical indication protection system is of long-term significance to the sustainable and characteristic development of agriculture in China. On the basis of studying the background and significance of the development of geographical indications, this paper summarizes the basic concepts and characteristics of geographical indications, and introduces briefly the theory of industrial development and the theory of clubs. It provides a theoretical basis for the protection of geographical indications to promote the development of regional agricultural economy, analyzes the protection and development status of Xianglian, a geographical indication product in Xiangtan County, and the problems existing in the protection and development of Xianglian, a geographical indication product in Xiangtan County. In order to reveal the bottleneck encountered in the development of Xianglian geographical indications, determine the investigation time, scope, object, method and content based on the research topic, and carry out a consumer survey on Xianglian geographical indications and their cognition. Based on the theory of protection and development of geographical indications and the report of questionnaire survey, the author puts forward the strategies and policy suggestions to promote the development level of geographical indications in Xianglian.
