高校与产业间协同创新和协同育人的共生机制分析

【摘要】：协同育人和协同创新是产学研合作进几年的主要发展方式,也是高校科研和教育两大职能的发展方向。自“2011计划”提出以来, “协同创新概念”作为国家创新战略发展的一个指引方向,将高等院校、行政企业、地方政府的深度结合过程交由“协同创新中心”和“协同育人基地”来具体表现。本文则旨在以共生理论的基础上,沿用共生理论在生态、社会、经济等学科的研究方法,对协同创新和协同育人过程进行解析。首先是对协同创新和协同育人进行概念进行了介绍和界定,对我国现有的“协同创新中心”和“协同育人基地”的组成、模式、结构按照共生单元的基本要素进行了分析,得出其关键质参量和象参量,并将其组织机制转变成联动的共生组织模式和共生行为模式进行探讨。然后,对广西区内高校的协同创新和协同育人工作的开展进程进行了调查分析,获取了区政府的支持意见和利好措施,对区内已经开展或在建的“协同创新中心”和“协同育人基地进行了实证研究。分析高校或企业在共生过程中的需求和不足,指出合作方式中的缺陷,寻求共生能量的溢出环节,并得到外部共生环境的薄弱环节和缺陷。最后,针对广西区内高校开展协同创新协同育人的不足之处提出了改善意见。如通过师资力量建设提升科教能力、加快“协同创新中心”建设实现区域共生单元网络化、改革协同合作机制提高共生稳定性等。
[Abstract]:Collaborative education and collaborative innovation are the main ways of development of the cooperation between industry, university and research in recent years, and are also the development direction of the two functions of scientific research and education in colleges and universities. Since the "2011 Plan" was put forward, the concept of "Cooperative Innovation" has been regarded as a guiding direction of the development of national innovation strategy. The process of deep integration of local government is represented by "collaborative innovation center" and "collaborative education base". On the basis of symbiosis theory, this paper uses symbiosis theory in ecological, social, economic and other disciplines to analyze the process of collaborative innovation and collaborative education. Firstly, the concepts of collaborative innovation and collaborative education are introduced and defined. The composition, mode and structure of the existing "collaborative innovation center" and "cooperative education base" in China are analyzed according to the basic elements of the symbiotic unit. The key quality parameters and image parameters were obtained, and the mechanism was transformed into the symbiotic organization model and symbiotic behavior model. Then, the author investigates and analyzes the process of cooperative innovation and collaborative education work of colleges and universities in Guangxi, and obtains the support opinions and good measures of the district government. This paper makes an empirical study on the "collaborative innovation center" and the "cooperative education base" that have been carried out or are being built in the area. This paper analyzes the demand and deficiency of university or enterprise in the process of symbiosis, points out the defects of cooperation mode, seeks for the overflow link of symbiotic energy, and obtains the weak link and defect of external symbiotic environment. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the deficiency of collaborative innovation and collaborative education in colleges and universities in Guangxi. For example, the construction of "cooperative innovation center" should be accelerated to realize the networking of regional symbiotic unit, and the cooperative cooperation mechanism should be reformed to improve the symbiotic stability through the construction of teachers' strength to enhance the ability of science and education.
