当前中国文化产业发展中的伦理风险及其化解策略

【摘要】：发展文化产业是为了适应中国特色社会主义文化强国建设新形势的需要。当前,中国文化产业发展中的伦理风险主要表现为文化产业中"GDP"崇拜盛兴,文化产业布局严重失衡,文化市场中伦理问题频发。究其根源,主要在于对文化产业存在"经济性"的片面认识,文化企业在发展过程中忽视伦理责任,文化产业评价体系中伦理评价维度严重欠缺。故此,应从建立健全文化产业发展的法治环境,注重发挥道德调节在文化产业发展中的作用,文化产业主体的再塑造等方面入手,不断增强文化产业的道德底蕴是化解当前中国文化产业发展中伦理风险的基本策略。
[Abstract]:The development of cultural industry is to meet the needs of building a new situation of socialist cultural power with Chinese characteristics. At present, the ethical risks in the development of China's cultural industry are mainly manifested in the flourishing worship of "GDP" in the cultural industry, the serious imbalance in the layout of the cultural industry, and the frequent occurrence of ethical problems in the cultural market. The main reason lies in the one-sided understanding of the existence of "economy" in the cultural industry, the neglect of ethical responsibility in the process of development of cultural enterprises, and the serious lack of the dimensions of ethical evaluation in the evaluation system of cultural industries. Therefore, we should start with establishing and perfecting the legal environment for the development of cultural industry, giving full play to the role of moral regulation in the development of cultural industry, and remolding the main body of cultural industry. Strengthening the moral background of cultural industry is the basic strategy to resolve the ethical risk in the development of Chinese cultural industry.
