江西景德镇文化创意产业园发展对策研究

【摘要】：文化创意产业是一种以创造力为核心的新兴产业,随着世界多极化、经济全球化、文化多样化的深入发展,文化创意产业发展的规模与质量俨然已经成为当今世界各国衡量自身综合实力的重要标志,也逐渐成为引领世界各国经济发展的重要引擎。近年来,欧美许多发达国家都制定了文化创意产业发展国家战略,有力地推动了文化创意产业的迅速崛起,我国的文化创意产业作为经济发展的新的增长产业,也得到了快速发展,连续多年保持高位数的增长,伴随着文化创意产业对我国经济贡献的不断增强,文化创意产业园作为产业集聚发展的重要依托和载体,通过其内部的创意设计者、文化企业、消费者及其他机构间的相互交流、互动与互补,激发了园区创新活力,也进一步促进了文化创意产业园的发展。景德镇作为一座拥有千年制瓷文化的城市,又是我国首批历史文化名城,而如今,景德镇又被列入了我国资源枯竭型城市,在这样的一个背景下,文化创意产业园的建设发展是景德镇进行经济转型升级的必然选择。首先,本文作者在深入实地调研并收集第一手资料后,运用管理学中PEST分析方法并进行拓展分析、SWOT分析方法,分别对景德镇发展文化创意产业园的大环境以及景德镇陶溪川国际陶瓷文化创意园进行了深入的分析,了解和获取景德镇目前发展文化创意产业园面临的大环境问题和小细节问题,随后利用文献分析法,研究国内外相关文化创意产业园的发展模式,汲取成功经验,并整理出相关理论建议与对策最后进行归纳总结,提出一系列对策和建议:建议景德镇政府参与文化产业政策体系的建立与完善;政府协同企业完善文化创意产业园的招商体系和文化创意产业园评价体系;文化创意产业园的经营主体和园区文化企业应当大力推进文化创意产业与其他产业融合发展;强化人才队伍建设;完善文化创意产业服务体系,包括金融服务体系、知识产权保护以及公共服务平台的建设;文化创意产业园品牌的战略发展等。本文研究的结论不仅仅希望适用于景德镇文化创意产业园,同样希望能够向其他地区的政府或者文化创意产业园经营企业提供一定的经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:Cultural creative industry is a new industry with creativity as its core. With the development of multi-polarization of the world, economic globalization and cultural diversification, The scale and quality of the development of cultural and creative industries has become an important symbol of measuring their comprehensive strength in the world today, and has gradually become an important engine leading the economic development of all countries in the world. In recent years, many developed countries in Europe and America have formulated a national strategy for the development of cultural and creative industries, which has contributed to the rapid rise of cultural and creative industries. Also got the rapid development, maintained the high digit growth for many years in succession, accompanied by the cultural creative industry to our country economic contribution unceasingly enhancement, the cultural creative industry park as the industry agglomeration development important support and the carrier, Through the mutual communication, interaction and complementation among creative designers, cultural enterprises, consumers and other institutions, the innovative vitality of the park has been stimulated and the development of cultural and creative industry park has been further promoted. Jingdezhen, as a city with millennia porcelain culture, is the first historical and cultural city in China. Now Jingdezhen is listed as a resource-exhausted city in our country. The construction and development of cultural and creative industry park is the inevitable choice for Jingdezhen to carry out economic transformation and upgrade. First of all, after deeply investigating and collecting first-hand information, the author applies the PEST analysis method in management and develops the analysis method. The environment of Jingdezhen Cultural and Creative Industry Park and the Jingdezhen Tao Xichuan International Ceramic Cultural and Creative Park are analyzed. To understand and obtain the major environmental problems and small details of Jingdezhen Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, and then to study the development model of the Cultural and Creative Industrial Park at home and abroad by using literature analysis, and to learn from the successful experience. Finally, the author summarizes the relevant theoretical suggestions and countermeasures, and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions: the establishment and improvement of Jingdezhen government participating in the cultural industry policy system; The government should cooperate with the enterprises to perfect the investment inviting system and the evaluation system of the cultural and creative industry park, the main body of the cultural and creative industry park and the cultural enterprises of the park should vigorously promote the integration and development of the cultural and creative industries with other industries. Strengthen the construction of talent team, perfect the service system of cultural and creative industry, including financial service system, intellectual property protection and the construction of public service platform, and the strategic development of cultural and creative industry park brand. The conclusion of this paper is not only applicable to Jingdezhen Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, but also can provide some experience to the government or enterprises in other regions.
