广西边境地区红木产业发展研究

【摘要】：近年来,广西边境地区通过提升产业发展水平,不断增强产业竞争优势,推动了广西边境地区红木产业的发展壮大。但由于我国红木产业的原材料主要依赖进口,所以老挝、缅甸等国对于红木原材料出口的限制政策导致了广西边境地区红木产业发展的困难程度加大。基于此,本文从红木产业发展的角度出发,通过对广西边境地区红木产业发展的现状、特征、问题、产业自身的内外部因素进行逐一分析,有针对性的对广西边境地区红木产业的发展重新提出定位,以及相关的对策建议,促进广西边境地区红木产业的可持续发展。首先,本文通过文献归纳法,对国内外关于红木产业的研究进行了梳理与总结。其次,通过实地调研,用访谈法对广西边境地区红木产业发展的现状、特征与问题进行了分析,归纳出主要存在红木原材料供给量减少、红木产品同质化严重、缺乏红木专业的技术工人等问题。再次,运用波特钻石模型对广西边境地区红木产业的各要素进行全面分析,主要包括生产要素、需求状况、相关产业、企业战略、机遇与政府这六大要素。最后,结合前几章的种种分析,提出具有新意的广西边境地区红木产业发展的定位及相关对策建议。通过本文研究得出以下结论:第一,该地区红木产业的优势基础依然存在,但是需要重新定位,例如形成东南亚木材半成品的集散中心、建设红木精品家具生产基地等。第二,针对该地区产业发展的特性,提出相关的对策建议,例如争取国家优惠政策、延长越南劳工的签证时间等。本文的创新点在于:在运用钻石模型分析广西边境地区红木产业的发展后,总结出该地区红木产业的优劣势,对广西边境地区红木产业提出具有新意的定位。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of mahogany industry in Guangxi border area has been promoted by upgrading the level of industrial development and increasing the competitive advantage of industry. However, because the raw materials of our mahogany industry mainly depend on imports, so Laos, Myanmar and other countries restrict the export of mahogany raw materials, which leads to the difficulty of the development of mahogany industry in Guangxi border area. Based on this, this paper, from the perspective of the development of mahogany industry, analyzes the present situation, characteristics, problems and internal and external factors of the development of mahogany industry in the border area of Guangxi one by one. In order to promote the sustainable development of mahogany industry in Guangxi border area, this paper puts forward a new orientation for the development of mahogany industry in Guangxi border area, as well as relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research on mahogany industry at home and abroad through literature induction. Secondly, through field investigation and interview, the present situation, characteristics and problems of mahogany industry development in Guangxi border area are analyzed. It is concluded that the supply of mahogany raw materials is reduced, and the mahogany products are homogenized seriously. Lack of professional mahogany skilled workers and other problems. Thirdly, using Porter diamond model to analyze the factors of mahogany industry in Guangxi border area, including production factor, demand condition, related industry, enterprise strategy, opportunity and government. Finally, based on the analysis of the previous chapters, this paper puts forward the orientation of the development of mahogany industry in Guangxi border area and the relevant countermeasures. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the dominant foundation of mahogany industry still exists in this area, but it needs to be reoriented, for example, to form the distribution center of wood semi-finished products in Southeast Asia and to build a mahogany furniture production base. Second, according to the characteristics of industrial development in the region, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as striving for national preferential policies and extending the visa time of Vietnamese workers. The innovation of this paper lies in: after using diamond model to analyze the development of mahogany industry in the border area of Guangxi, the author sums up the advantages and disadvantages of the mahogany industry in this area, and puts forward a new orientation for the mahogany industry in the border area of Guangxi.
