价值链视角下我国汽车产业对外直接投资的区位选择

【摘要】：随着我国汽车市场的发展,国内自主品牌汽车与外资品牌、合资品牌的竞争日趋激烈。自主品牌汽车为增强自身竞争力,进行了大量的海外投资。然而,文章通过分析发现我国汽车产业投资区位选择过于单一和集中,缺乏合理布局。那么,我国汽车产业如何结合自身发展需求更好地进行投资区位的选择,文章指出从价值链构成的角度进行投资区位的选择更有助于提升自身竞争力。将投资区位选择的问题转化为价值链区位选择的问题,使得企业利用全球不同国家的优势资源提升价值链特定环节的竞争力从而实现整体竞争力的提升。本文以提升我国汽车产业价值链各环节竞争力为主题,结合我国汽车产业对外直接投资的区位选择问题,运用以案例分析为主,比较分析为辅的方法进行本文论题的研究。首先,对我国汽车产业对外直接投资的区位选择现状、特点以及区位投资环境进行分析;其次,从基本活动和辅助活动两个方面分析研究了汽车产业价值链各环节的特点,并基于国内汽车与国外汽车价值链各环节的对比分析,指出我国汽车产业价值链各环节的竞争力缺陷;其三,阐释价值链竞争力的提升与区位选择的关系;最后,以吉利汽车对瑞典地区的投资为例,在传统PEST分析的基础上,结合对于瑞典汽车产业价值链中零部件制造环节和研发环节的分析,揭示瑞典汽车产业价值链特定环节的相对优势,明确吉利将研发环节布局在瑞典对于自身价值链竞争能力提升的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of automobile market in our country, the competition between domestic independent brand and foreign brand and joint venture brand is becoming more and more fierce. In order to enhance their competitiveness, independent brand cars have made a lot of overseas investment. However, the paper finds that the location choice of automobile industry investment in China is too single and centralized, and lack of reasonable layout. Then, how to better choose the investment location according to the demand of our automobile industry, this paper points out that the choice of investment location from the angle of value chain composition is more helpful to enhance the competitiveness of our country. The problem of investment location selection is transformed into value chain location choice, which makes enterprises use the advantage resources of different countries in the world to enhance the competitiveness of specific links in the value chain and realize the enhancement of the overall competitiveness. In this paper, with the theme of improving the competitiveness of each link of China's automobile industry value chain, combined with the location choice of China's automobile industry foreign direct investment, this paper uses the method of case analysis and comparative analysis as the supplement to carry on the research of this thesis. Firstly, the paper analyzes the status quo, characteristics and location investment environment of foreign direct investment (FDI) in China's automobile industry. Secondly, it analyzes and studies the characteristics of each link in the automotive industry value chain from two aspects: basic activities and auxiliary activities. Based on the comparative analysis between domestic and foreign automobile value chain, the paper points out the competitive defects of each link of China's automobile industry value chain; third, explains the relationship between the promotion of value chain competitiveness and location choice; finally, Taking Geely Automobile's investment in Sweden as an example, on the basis of traditional PEST analysis, combining with the analysis of parts manufacturing and R & D links in the Swedish automobile industry value chain, It reveals the relative advantages of specific links in the Swedish automobile industry value chain, and clarifies the role of Geely in distributing R & D links in Sweden to enhance the competitiveness of its own value chain.
