辽宁省产业结构优化发展研究

【摘要】：辽宁意是“辽河流域,永远安宁”。辽宁位于中国东北地区的南部。辽宁拥有特殊的地理位置。其是东北地区连接南部的主要省份。同时也是中国东部通向世界、连接国际的重要地区。辽宁在中国刚刚起步的艰难时期,担任起共和国长子的责任。沈阳的飞机、汽车、机床、仪表,鞍山的钢铁,阜新、抚顺的煤,大连的机床、轮船等,都为新中国的伟大复兴做出了卓越的贡献。但随着改革开放的不断深入,南部的沿海城市不断展现强劲的风采,东北区域发展开始渐渐的落后于沿海城市。近几年,我国开始重新振兴老东北工业基地,而辽宁省作为工业发展的重点省份,在国家与辽宁省多方的共同努力下,辽宁省产业结构经过一段时间的产业优化升级,已经得到了很大改变,但仍然有地方需要深度优化。服务业相对滞后;技术低端、资源消耗为主的产业占比较大;增长方式以粗放式妨碍了经济发展。建立高新技术产业为主体的工业模式,加快发展现代化农业,逐步优化工业内部结构;提高农业产业化的内部层次；重视现代服务业的发展,建设服务业信息化发展模式;吸引高端生产要素,发挥科技的助推作用是解决目前现状的有力途径。本文首先应用静态分析与动态分析相结合的方式,对辽宁省2005-2014年十年间的三大产业的发展状况进行了一个简要分析。其次,应用灰色关联理论对辽宁省的三大产业以及三大产业内部各类产业情况之间的关联度进行了一个动态的分析。最后,本文应用区位商的方法对2014年的辽宁省产业进行了优化选择,但只针对第二、第三产业进行了优化选择,因为第一产业很少会作为一个省市的主导产业。最后,根据本文结论对辽宁省未来产业的进一步发展给出了相关的建议。
[Abstract]:Liaoning means "Liaohe River Basin, peaceful forever." Liaoning is located in the south of northeast China. Liaoning has a special geographical location. It is the northeast region to the south of the main provinces. At the same time, it is also an important area of eastern China to the world, connecting the international. Liaoning took the responsibility of the eldest son of the Republic during the difficult period when China had just started. Shenyang aircraft, automobiles, machine tools, instruments, Anshan steel, Fuxin, Fushun coal, Dalian machine tools, ships and so on, have made outstanding contributions to the great rejuvenation of New China. However, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the coastal cities in the south continue to show a strong demeanor, and the development of the Northeast region began to lag behind the coastal cities. In recent years, China has begun to revitalize the old northeast industrial base again. Liaoning Province, as the key province of industrial development, with the joint efforts of the state and Liaoning Province, the industrial structure of Liaoning Province has been optimized and upgraded for a period of time. Much has changed, but there is still room for depth optimization. The service industry is relatively lagging; the low end of technology, the resource consumption of the industry is relatively large; the growth mode of extensive hindrance to economic development. To establish the industrial model of high-tech industry as the main body, to accelerate the development of modern agriculture, to gradually optimize the internal structure of industry, to raise the internal level of agricultural industrialization, to attach importance to the development of modern service industry, and to construct the development model of service industry informatization. Attracting high-end factors of production and giving play to the role of science and technology is a powerful way to solve the present situation. In this paper, firstly, by combining static analysis with dynamic analysis, a brief analysis of the development of three major industries in Liaoning Province from 2005 to 2014 is made. Secondly, the grey correlation theory is applied to the dynamic analysis of the correlation between the three industries in Liaoning province and the internal conditions of the three industries. Finally, this paper uses the method of location quotient to optimize the industry of Liaoning province in 2014, but only for the second, the third industry, because the primary industry is seldom regarded as the leading industry of a province and city. Finally, according to the conclusion of this paper, the further development of Liaoning's future industry is proposed.
