牡丹江绿色食品产业发展问题研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,安全无污染的绿色食品逐渐得到越来越多的关注。发展绿色食品产业不仅顺应了这一时代要求,而且有利于促进资源、环境的可持续利用和社会、经济的可持续发展。牡丹江市地理位置优越,自然资源丰富,是绿色食品生产的优质产区,发展牡丹江市绿色食品产业,转变农业生产方式,对提高本市农产品质量安全,提升区域农业的规模和质量竞争力,进而促进农民节本增收具有重要作用。但是目前,牡丹江市绿色食品产业发展仍然存在一些问题,有必要作进一步研究。本文围绕牡丹江绿色食品产业发展的问题,从五方面展开。首先,介绍了绿色食品以及绿色食品产业的概念,为以后的研究界定了研究范围,并阐述了相关的理论基础,即农业产业化理论,生态经济理论和可持续发展理论。其次,研究分析了牡丹江市绿色食品产业发展的优势条件以及发展现状,借助本市优异的地理位置和资源政策等优势,牡丹江的绿色食品产业发展状况良好。第三,以美国、日本、山东、新疆以及安徽省为例,介绍了国内外绿色食品产业发展的成功经验,从而得到启示:牡丹江市绿色食品产业发展应加强法制建设、技术引进、质量监管、政府扶持等。第四,在对大量的数据、资料进行统计、分析的基础上,深刻剖析牡丹江绿色食品发展存在的资金技术不足、市场体系不健全、品牌知名度不高等问题并分析了问题成因。第五,针对存在的上述问题,从品牌宣传建设、政府监管调控、引进资金技术,提高消费者认知水平等几方面提出解决对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, more and more attention has been paid to the safe and pollution-free green food. The development of green food industry not only conforms to the requirements of this era, but also helps to promote the sustainable use of resources and environment and the sustainable development of society and economy. Mudanjiang City, with its superior geographical location and abundant natural resources, is a high-quality producing area for green food production. The development of green food industry in Mudanjiang City, the transformation of agricultural production methods, and the improvement of the quality and safety of agricultural products in Mudanjiang City, It is important to improve the scale and quality competitiveness of regional agriculture and promote farmers to save money and increase income. However, there are still some problems in the development of green food industry in Mudanjiang. This paper focuses on the development of green food industry in Mudanjiang from five aspects. Firstly, it introduces the concept of green food and green food industry, defines the research scope for the future research, and expounds the related theoretical basis, namely, the theory of agricultural industrialization, the theory of ecological economy and the theory of sustainable development. Secondly, the advantages of green food industry in Mudanjiang City are analyzed. With the help of the excellent geographical position and resource policy of Mudanjiang City, the green food industry of Mudanjiang is in good condition. Thirdly, taking the United States, Japan, Shandong, Xinjiang and Anhui Province as examples, this paper introduces the successful experience of the development of green food industry at home and abroad, and obtains the enlightenment: the development of green food industry in Mudanjiang should strengthen the legal system construction and introduce technology. Quality supervision, government support, etc. Fourth, on the basis of statistics and analysis of a large number of data and materials, this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the development of green food in Mudanjiang, such as insufficient capital and technology, imperfect market system and low brand popularity, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Fifthly, in view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of brand propaganda, government supervision and control, introducing capital technology and improving consumers' cognitive level.
