人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调性研究——基于产业支撑视角

【摘要】：目前,中国正处于城镇化快速发展的进程中。但是,城镇化发展存在土地城镇化与人口城镇化非协调性发展的问题。研究证明,发展非农产业、特别是第三产业可以平衡土地城镇化与人口城镇化发展的协调性。同时,借助城镇化的发展过程,实现产业结构调整,也可以为中国经济寻求新的增长点。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the process of rapid development of urbanization. However, urbanization has the problem of land urbanization and population urbanization. It is proved that the development of non-agricultural industry, especially the tertiary industry, can balance the coordination between land urbanization and population urbanization. At the same time, with the help of the development process of urbanization, the adjustment of industrial structure can also seek a new growth point for China's economy.
