无锡电子信息产业竞争力研究

【摘要】：电子信息产业是国家战略新兴产业的重要组成部门,随着国家产业政策的大力推进,我国电子信息产业得到快速发展。在我国全面推进电子信息产业发展的历史机遇下,无锡市也加快了电子信息产业发展的脚步。面对新的政策推动带来的发展机遇与挑战,研究无锡市电子信息产业发展现状以及存在的问题,评价无锡市电子信息产业竞争力水平,抓住发展机遇,推动无锡市电子信息产业快速发展显得尤为重要。针对如何评价无锡市电子信息产业竞争力的问题,本文以定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法,采用因子分析对无锡市电子信息产业竞争力进行评价。基于经济学相关知识,本文首先对研究对象产业竞争力的概念进行界定,概述国内外学者有关电子信息产业竞争力的研究成果。然后,本文从电子信息产业的发展现状、特点以及趋势出发,借鉴国内外电子信息产业的发展经验,从生产竞争力、市场竞争力、创新竞争力这3个一级指标构建区域电子信息产业竞争力评价指标体系。最后,本文运用因子分析法,实证分析全国13个电子信息产业发达城市的综合竞争力,对比分析无锡与其他发达城市的电子信息产业竞争力得分情况,探索无锡电子信息产业竞争力的影响因素,结合定性分析和定量分析结果,为促进无锡市电子信息产业快速健康发展提出合理的对策建议。研究表明,无锡市电子信息产业竞争力水平不高,与深圳、上海、北京、苏州等发达城市相比,电子信息产业基础相对薄弱,在产业规模、产业结构、技术创新等方面还有待加强。在此基础上,本文提出通过产业规模集聚、结构优化、技术创新、人才培养等方面的改进,促进无锡市电子信息产业更好更快发展。
[Abstract]:Electronic information industry is an important part of national strategic emerging industry. With the development of national industrial policy, electronic information industry in China has been developing rapidly. Under the historical opportunity of promoting the development of electronic information industry in our country, Wuxi City has also accelerated the pace of development of electronic information industry. In the face of the development opportunities and challenges brought by the new policy, this paper studies the present situation and existing problems of the electronic information industry in Wuxi, evaluates the competitiveness level of the electronic information industry in Wuxi, and seize the opportunity for development. It is particularly important to promote the rapid development of electronic information industry in Wuxi. Aiming at the problem of how to evaluate the competitiveness of electronic information industry in Wuxi, this paper evaluates the competitiveness of electronic information industry in Wuxi by factor analysis, which combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Based on the relevant knowledge of economics, this paper firstly defines the concept of the industrial competitiveness of the research object, and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the competitiveness of electronic information industry. Then, starting from the current situation, characteristics and trends of the electronic information industry, this paper draws lessons from the development experience of the electronic information industry at home and abroad, from the production competitiveness, market competitiveness, The three primary indexes of innovation competitiveness construct the evaluation index system of regional electronic information industry competitiveness. Finally, using factor analysis, this paper empirically analyzes the comprehensive competitiveness of 13 developed cities of electronic information industry in China, and compares the score of competitiveness of electronic information industry between Wuxi and other developed cities. This paper explores the influencing factors of the competitiveness of Wuxi electronic information industry, combines the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis results, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the rapid and healthy development of Wuxi electronic information industry. The research shows that the competitiveness level of electronic information industry in Wuxi is not high. Compared with developed cities such as Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing and Suzhou, the foundation of electronic information industry is relatively weak. Technical innovation and other aspects need to be strengthened. On this basis, this paper proposes to promote the better and faster development of Wuxi electronic information industry through the improvement of industrial scale agglomeration, structure optimization, technological innovation, talent training and so on.
