基于资源视角的西安体育产业资源整合能力的研究

【摘要】：体育产业作为评判体育强国的重要标准,近年来逐渐受到政府与广大人民群众的关注,在国家和政府的支持下,我国体育实力不断壮大,其体育产业也迈入了快速发展的阶段,再加上体育产业具有自身覆盖范围广阔、经济带动能力强大、资源能耗低但附加值高等独特优势,使得体育产业在我国国民经济中的地位变得越来越重要,但发展速度过快也给我国体育产业带来了很多问题,比如,发展基础薄弱、资源利用率低、资源整合不到位等等,而这些问题将大大制约我国体育产业的可持续发展。同时与发达国家相比,我国对于体育产业化的探讨还处在初级阶段,很多理念还需进一步研究与探讨。因此,本研究拟从资源的视角入手,以资源整合的理论基础出发,结合实证研究的结论,分析西安体育产业资源整合的现状及存在问题,进而提出相应提高西安体育产业资源整合效果的对策。本文正文大致可划分为四个部分。第一部分为绪论部分,主要提出本研究的研究背景、研究目的及研究意义;第二部分为综述部分,通过文献梳理对国内外体育产业资源整合研究现状加以分析总结。第三部分运用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和访谈法,通过文献梳理、归纳总结,以资源识别能力、资源获取能力、资源配置能力、内部资源整合能力及内外资源联结能力五个方面深入探讨西安市体育产业资源整合现状与存在问题。研究结果表示,西安体育产业资源整合情况并不理想,具体存在体育产业结构不合理、集聚规模较小,整体质量不高、体育产业市场化发育不充分、企业/组织资源识别能力弱、资源获取渠道单一以及资源整合效果不佳等较为突出的问题。第四部分部分通过对调查结果的研究分析本研究提出以下对策:一是优化西安体育产业布局,改善体育产业结构;二是加快西安体育产业市场化进程;三是提高西安体育产业竞争力和附加值;四是打造西安体育产业发展外部条件。
[Abstract]:The sports industry, as an important standard to judge the sports power, has been paid more and more attention by the government and the masses of the people in recent years. With the support of the state and the government, the sports strength of our country is growing, and the sports industry of our country has also entered the stage of rapid development. In addition, the sports industry has its own unique advantages, such as wide coverage, strong economic driving capacity, low energy consumption of resources but high added value, which makes the sports industry more and more important in the national economy of our country. However, the rapid development of sports industry has brought a lot of problems, such as weak development foundation, low utilization of resources, inadequate integration of resources and so on, and these problems will greatly restrict the sustainable development of sports industry in China. At the same time, compared with the developed countries, the discussion of sports industrialization in our country is still in the primary stage, and many ideas need to be further studied and discussed. Therefore, this study intends to start from the perspective of resources, based on the theoretical basis of resource integration, combined with the conclusions of empirical research, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Xi'an sports industry resources integration. Then put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the integration effect of Xi'an sports industry resources. The text of this paper can be roughly divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction part, mainly put forward the research background, purpose and significance of this study; the second part is a summary part, through literature review of the sports industry resources integration at home and abroad to analyze and summarize the status quo. The third part uses literature method, questionnaire method, mathematical statistics method and interview method, through literature combing, summing up, resource identification ability, resource acquisition ability, resource allocation ability, The present situation and existing problems of the integration of sports industry resources in Xi'an are discussed in five aspects: the ability of internal and external resources integration and the ability of connecting internal and external resources. The results show that the integration of sports industry resources in Xi'an is not ideal. There are unreasonable structure of sports industry, small agglomeration scale, low overall quality and insufficient market-oriented development of sports industry. The enterprise / organization resource identification ability is weak, the resources obtain channel is single, the resources conformity effect is not good and so on. The fourth part puts forward the following countermeasures through the research and analysis of the investigation results: first, optimize the distribution of Xi'an sports industry, improve the sports industry structure, second, accelerate the process of Xi'an sports industry marketization; Third, to improve the competitiveness and added value of Xi'an sports industry; fourth, to create external conditions for the development of Xi'an sports industry.
