宋河镇产业发展战略研究

【摘要】：现今,宋河镇是京山县的县域附属中心、京山县北部的经济文化中心和重要交通枢纽,并且成为全国、全省的重点中心镇、荆门市“镇级市”建设试点镇。宋河镇的特殊的地位使得政府提高了对它的关注度。把宋河镇建设好,才能最大程度上实现国家现代化建设。宋河镇建成于明朝的中期,至今已有四百多年的历史。昔日宋河镇因位于大富水河旁,水运便利,与三阳、应城、汉口等地通航,交通便利。21世纪以来,宋河镇凭借其交通便利、区位优越、土地肥沃、物产富集、人才辈出,在市场经济条件下,以镇域城市建设为重点,优先发展工业,同时,大力发展现代农业,加大人民的社会保障,积极发展富农产业。本文研究则是以宋河镇的发展现状为依据,客观解剖了宋河镇在当代生活中的经济地位、发展现象和作用等几个实际指导方向,从而提出了利于宋河镇新局势经济发展的理论:为镇域经济发展选择有发展前景的主心产业;将宋河镇选定为发展目标,在原始产业政策与新型产业政策的双管齐下的政策下,实现宋河镇与“中部农谷”双方产业的共同发展。
[Abstract]:At present, Songhe Town is the affiliated center of Jingshan County, the economic and cultural center and important transportation hub in the northern part of Jingshan County, and has become the key center town of the whole country and the whole province, and the pilot town of Jingmen "town level city". The special status of Song he Town makes the government pay more attention to it. Only by building the town of Song he well can we realize the modernization of the country to the greatest extent. The town of Song River was built in the middle of the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years. The former town of Song he was located next to the river of great wealth, convenient water transportation, and navigation with Sanyang, Yingcheng, Hankou and other places. Since the 21st century, the town of Song he has relied on its convenient transportation, superior location, fertile land, rich products, and a large number of talented people. Under the condition of market economy, priority should be given to the development of industry by focusing on the urban construction in the town area. At the same time, we should vigorously develop modern agriculture, increase the social security of the people, and actively develop the rich peasant industry. On the basis of the present situation of the development of Song he Town, this paper objectively dissects the economic status, development phenomenon and function of Song he Town in contemporary life. Therefore, the paper puts forward the theory that is conducive to the economic development of the new situation in the town of Song he: selecting the main industry with prospects for the economic development of the town, selecting the town of Song he as the development target, under the policy of combining the original industrial policy with the new industrial policy. To achieve the common development of both industries of Song River Town and the Central Agricultural Valley.
