汽车产业发展c2B模式的机遇与应对策略

【摘要】:以大众化定制为内核的c2B商业模式,伴随互联网的快速发展而日渐兴起。c2B模式是智能制造的发展趋势,将带来汽车产业信息整合和资源调配等能力的巨大提升。因此,c2B模式是汽车产业智能化发展的重点突破口之一。汽车产业链各环节都应站在产业变革与企业转型的战略高度,分阶段逐步推进c2B模式,实现汽车产业链各环节功能的相应调整,同时打造全网运营的"2"平台,逐步提升和完善生产企业与用户间的交互模式,把握发展机遇,赢得竞争优势,实现企业与消费者的双赢。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, the C2B business model with the core of mass customization is the development trend of intelligent manufacturing, which will bring great improvement of the capability of information integration and resource allocation of automobile industry. Therefore, C-2-B model is one of the key breakthrough points in the intelligent development of automobile industry. Every link of automobile industry chain should stand at the strategic height of industry transformation and enterprise transformation, push forward c2B mode step by step, realize corresponding adjustment of each link function of automobile industry chain, at the same time, build "2" platform of whole network operation. Gradually improve and perfect the interaction mode between the production enterprise and the user, grasp the development opportunity, win the competitive advantage, and realize the win-win situation between the enterprise and the consumer.
