华容县芥菜产业发展成效研究

【摘要】：芥菜是华容县的地理标志,也是华容县的特色产业,其中华容县芥菜的种植历史已经相当久远。华容县是全国最大的芥菜生产中心,在2015年,芥菜种植面积已经达到0.87万hm2,每年的芥菜产量有70万t之多,在华容芥菜的成品加工率已经达到85%,芥菜每667m2地产生的经济效益为3000多元,远远高于其他农产品产生的经济利益。
[Abstract]:Mustard is the geographical indication of Huarong County, but also the characteristic industry of Huarong County. Huarong County is the largest production center of mustard in China. In 2015, the planting area of mustard has reached 8700 hm ~ 2, and the annual production of mustard is as much as 700000 tons. The finished product processing rate of Huarong mustard has reached 85%, and the economic benefit per 667m2 of mustard is more than 3000 yuan, which is much higher than that of other agricultural products.
