清流县豆腐皮产业发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】：农业产业化是传统农业向现代化农业转变的有效途径,农产品加工业更是建立现代化农业的重要所在,是实现农民增收的有效环节。加快清流县农业产业化的发展,有利于促进清流农业持续向现代化、集约化方向发展。本文以前人研究为基础,把清流豆腐皮产业作为研究的对象,探讨了清流豆腐皮产业化发展中存在的问题及今后发展方向。论文采用SWOT分析法、案例分析法、文献法等方法对清流县豆腐皮产业发展的现状与产业分布情况进行研究,进而探讨清流县豆腐皮产业经济、社会及生态效益,及其具备的优势、劣势和挑战等因素,从而获得清流县豆腐皮的产业化发展的战略选择依次为SO战略,wO战略,ST战略,WT战略。同时,通过对国外农业产业化发展成功案例的研究,总结出了要加强对农业产业化的宏观调控,坚持农业的产业化发展道路,实现农业的现代化,增强农业科技的支撑力度,积极推进农业产业标准化,优化农产品质量等宝贵经验,为清流豆腐皮产业化的建设与发展提供了借鉴。最后,在对清流豆腐皮产业的发展现状全面分析的基础上,提出清流豆腐皮产业发展的对策和建议：加强组织引导,整合品牌；加强科技支撑；建立健全土地流转机制；加大财政支持力度,建立多元化的投入机制；健全运行机制,积极发挥引导作用。
[Abstract]:Agricultural industrialization is an effective way for the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. The processing industry of agricultural products is an important part of establishing modern agriculture and an effective link to increase farmers' income. Speeding up the development of agricultural industrialization in Qingliu County is conducive to the sustainable modernization and intensive development of Qingliu agriculture. On the basis of previous studies, this paper takes the pure flow tofu skin industry as the object of study, and discusses the problems existing in the industrialization development of the clear flow tofu skin and the development direction in the future. The present situation and distribution of tofu skin industry in Qingliu County were studied by SWOT method, case analysis method and literature method, and the economic, social and ecological benefits of tofu skin industry in Qingliu County were discussed. And its advantages, disadvantages and challenges, so as to obtain the strategic choice of the industrialization development of bean curd skin in Qingliu County in order of so strategy, wo strategy and St strategy and WT strategy. At the same time, by studying the successful cases of the development of agricultural industrialization abroad, it is concluded that the macro-control of agricultural industrialization should be strengthened, the development road of agricultural industrialization should be adhered to, the modernization of agriculture should be realized, and the support of agricultural science and technology should be strengthened. The valuable experience of promoting agricultural industry standardization and optimizing the quality of agricultural products provides a reference for the construction and development of the industrialization of clear flow tofu skin. Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the development of the pure tofu skin industry, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the pure tofu skin industry: strengthening the organization and guiding, integrating the brand, strengthening the support of science and technology, establishing and perfecting the land circulation mechanism; Increase financial support, establish a diversified investment mechanism, improve the operational mechanism, and actively play a leading role.
