内蒙古双河羊绒集团绒纺产业发展扎虐研究

【摘要】:时代走到今天,发展战略成为世界最热的问题。世界上的各种论坛,无一例外都在共同讨论的主题是发展战略。我们看西方国家所走过的道路,我们从中应该吸取什么教训?我们用什么样的眼光来看经济的发展?我们的战略视野在什么地方?战略是分层的,上到世界下到企业,每个层面都有战略问题。内蒙古自治区居全国五大牧场之首,其得天独厚的优势,使得内蒙古的羊绒产业得到迅猛发展,内蒙古双河羊绒集团就是其中之一。但是随着市场的饱和,技术成长缓慢,内蒙古双河羊绒集团和全国其他同行一样,在发展上遇到了瓶颈。究其原因,是我们的产业发展战略没有跟上时代的步伐,没有随着市场的变化而做出调整。在全球经济一体化的面前,内蒙古羊绒产还有巨大的发展空间。纵观内蒙古双河羊绒集团快速成长的历程,产业发展战略作为企业文化的核心,发挥了重要的作用。集团立足于内蒙古羊绒产业,着眼于世界羊绒的发展趋势,时刻紧随市场经济的变化,不断了解并且满足消费者的需求,最后结合集团内部的实际情况,调整与完善自己的产业发展战略。本文共分为六个部分。第一部分概述了论文的选题背景,明确论文的选题范围及框架;第二部分是绒纺产业的综述,讲述了国内外绒纺产业的现状与趋势;第三部分和第四部分详细的分析了内蒙古双河羊绒集团内外部的环境以及企业当前的产业战略;第五部分是内蒙古双河羊绒集团产业战略的制定、实施、控制和评价;第六部分是对全文的总结,还有不足之处以及研究的前景。本文希望通过对内蒙古双河羊绒集团绒纺产业的发展战略研究,来论证产品战略对于内蒙古双河羊绒集团绒纺产业发展战略的核心作用。为内蒙古双河羊绒集团绒纺产业发展战略的良性持续发展提供有益的建议和思路,同时为国家产业政策调整提供建设性意见,共同提升国内民族产业的核心竞争力和国际竞争力,夺回国际市场“话语权”,改变“世界工厂”的被动依赖局面。
[Abstract]:Today, the development strategy has become the hottest problem in the world. All kinds of forums in the world, without exception, are discussing the theme of development strategy. What lessons should we learn from the path that the West has taken? How do we look at economic development? Where is our strategic vision? Strategy is layered, up to the world down to the enterprise, each level has strategic problems. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous region ranks first among the five pastures in the country, and its unique advantages make the cashmere industry in Inner Mongolia develop rapidly, among which the Inner Mongolia Shuanghe Cashmere Group is one of them. But with the saturation of the market and the slow growth of technology, Shuanghe Cashmere Group in Inner Mongolia, like other counterparts throughout the country, has encountered bottlenecks in development. The reason is that our industrial development strategy has not kept pace with the times, and has not adjusted with the changes of the market. In the face of global economic integration, cashmere production in Inner Mongolia also has a huge space for development. Throughout Inner Mongolia Shuanghe Cashmere Group's rapid growth process, industrial development strategy as the core of corporate culture, played an important role. The Group is based on the cashmere industry in Inner Mongolia, focusing on the development trend of cashmere in the world, constantly following the changes in the market economy, constantly understanding and meeting the needs of consumers, and finally combining with the actual situation within the group. Adjust and perfect own industry development strategy. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part summarizes the background of the thesis, defines the scope and framework of the paper, the second part is the summary of the cashmere industry, and describes the current situation and trend of the domestic and foreign velvet spinning industry. The third and fourth parts analyze the internal and external environment of Inner Mongolia Shuanghe Cashmere Group and the current industrial strategy of the enterprise in detail, the fifth part is the formulation, implementation, control and evaluation of the industrial strategy of Inner Mongolia Shuanghe Cashmere Group. The sixth part is a summary of the full text, there are shortcomings and research prospects. This paper hopes to demonstrate the core role of product strategy in the development strategy of Inner Mongolia Shuanghe Cashmere Group through the study of the development strategy of the cashmere industry in Inner Mongolia Shuanghe Cashmere Group. It provides beneficial suggestions and ideas for the sustainable development of the cashmere industry of Shuanghe Cashmere Group in Inner Mongolia, and provides constructive suggestions for the adjustment of national industrial policy. Jointly promote the core and international competitiveness of domestic national industries, retake the "voice" of the international market, and change the passive dependence of "world factories".
