产业转移发生机制与产业升级的内在机理研究

【摘要】：产业转移是区域产业均衡发展的必然要求,产业升级则是产业发展的必然趋势,产业转移与产业升级之间具有内在作用机理。产业转移通过发挥推动产业经济增长、技术创新溢出、产业结构优化、产业素质改善和产业效率提升的作用来促进产业升级。产业转移承接区和转出区政府需要创造好的制度环境,注重技术创新与人才的培养以及做好应对负面影响的防御措施来促使产业转移更好地对产业升级发挥促进作用。
[Abstract]:Industrial transfer is an inevitable requirement for the balanced development of regional industry, while industrial upgrading is an inevitable trend of industrial development, and there is an inherent mechanism between industrial transfer and industrial upgrading. Industrial transfer promotes industrial upgrading by promoting industrial economic growth, spillover of technological innovation, optimization of industrial structure, improvement of industrial quality and promotion of industrial efficiency. In order to promote the industrial upgrading industry transfer should create a good institutional environment pay attention to technological innovation and talent training and do a good job of defense measures to deal with the negative effects.
