基于复杂网络理论的甘肃省产业结构演变的实证研究

【摘要】：产业结构是经济体系发展中不可或缺的要素,研究产业结构是分析一国或地区经济发展的内在要求。合理的产业结构是促进经济健康、稳定、持续、协调发展的关键。纵观甘肃省产业结构的演变历程,可以发现在国家战略部署的影响下其形成了自身独有的特点。通过分析甘肃省产业结构的特点和演变机制,找出其在演变历程中存在的问题,对于产业结构的合理化升级具有重要的意义。本文利用复杂网络理论研究了每个产业部门在复杂的产业系统网络中的地位和作用,从而从更微观的层面剖析了甘肃省产业结构的演变规律,具有重要的现实意义。基于投入产出表研究产业结构的方法有很多种,其研究的角度也各不相同,但都存在一些问题。本文结合复杂网络的相关理论来研究产业结构,避免了使用其他方法的局限性。首先,构建一个以产业部门为节点,以真实的投入产出值为纽带的有向加权网络;其次,根据复杂网络的定量指标,计算产业结构网络的统计属性,包括:度及度分布、权及权分布和聚类系数;最后,结合对实际经济的解释将计算出的定量指标值解释为:产业部门的演变、产业联系的演变以及产业子群的演变,给产业结构网络的特征值赋予一定的经济意义,并结合甘肃省产业结构的现状,理论联系实际,对甘肃省的产业结构演变的特点和趋势做深入的分析。甘肃省的产业结构变动具有阶段性的特点,与我国产业结构的变动方向一致,但变动速度却滞后于我国的平均水平。现阶段甘肃省产业部门之间的联系越来越紧密,但各部门在产业结构中的地位越来越不平等,尤其是第二、三产业部门之间。从研究结果可以看出第二、三产业在国内生产总值中所占的比重没有明显的变化,但各产业内部部分产业部门的重要性却有很大的变化,尤其是服务业内部一些公共基础服务的重要性要低于现代服务业。
[Abstract]:The industrial structure is an indispensable element in the development of the economic system. The study of the industrial structure is an inherent requirement for the analysis of the economic development of a country or region. A reasonable industrial structure is the key to promoting the economic health, stability, sustainability and coordination of development. A survey of the evolution of the industrial structure in Gansu can be found under the influence of the national strategic deployment. By analyzing the characteristics and evolution mechanism of the industrial structure of Gansu Province, we find out the problems that exist in the evolution process, and have important significance for the rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure. This paper uses the complex network theory to study the position and function of each industrial department in the complex industrial system network. It is of great practical significance to analyze the evolution law of industrial structure in Gansu province from a more micro level. There are many ways to study industrial structure based on input-output table, and the angle of its research is different, but there are some problems. This paper studies the industrial structure and avoids the use of the related theory of complex network. The limitations of other methods. First, construct a directed weighted network with industrial sector as a node and real input and output value as the link. Secondly, according to the quantitative index of complex network, the statistical properties of industrial structure network are calculated, including degree and degree distribution, weight and weight distribution and clustering coefficient; finally, it combines the explanation of the actual economy. The quantitative index values are explained as: the evolution of the industrial sector, the evolution of industrial relations and the evolution of industrial subgroups, giving certain economic significance to the characteristic values of the industrial structure network, and combining the status of the industrial structure of Gansu Province, linking the theory with the practice, and making an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and trends of the evolution of the industrial structure in Gansu province. The change of industrial structure in Gansu province has the characteristics of stages, which is in line with the changing direction of China's industrial structure, but the speed of change is lagging behind the average level of our country. The link between the industrial departments of Gansu is becoming more and more close at the present stage, but the position of each department in the industrial structure is becoming more and more unequal, especially in the second, third industry department. From the result of the study, it can be seen that the proportion of the second, third industry in GDP has not changed obviously, but the importance of some industrial sectors in each industry has changed greatly, especially the importance of some public basic services in the service industry is lower than the modern service industry.
