茶产业在山区农村经济和生态中的作用分析

【摘要】：茶叶是我国主要的经济作物,在国内市场和进出口贸易中占据着重要的位置。我国南方山区地形崎岖、土壤多呈酸性,因此,非常适宜茶叶的种植。在市场经济条件下,以家庭经济为主体的茶叶种植已经不再适应市场供应的需要,因此推进山区茶叶种植资源的整合,推动生态茶园的建设,发展茶产业,已经成为现代茶叶经济发展的主要方向。本文从山农村经济的条件出发,结合茶产业的生产模式,对生态茶园的构建,以及应注意的问题进行探究,以期对促进山区经济发展以及生态保护有所帮助。
[Abstract]:Tea is the main economic crop in China. It occupies an important position in the domestic market and import and export trade. The terrain of the southern mountain area is rugged and the soil is more acidic. Therefore, it is very suitable for the planting of tea. Under the market economy, the tea planting with family economy as the main body is no longer suitable for the needs of the market supply, so it is promoted. The integration of tea planting resources in mountain areas, the construction of ecological tea garden and the development of tea industry have become the main direction of modern tea economic development. This paper, based on the conditions of the rural economy, combined with the production mode of the tea industry, explores the construction of the ecological tea garden and the problems that should be paid attention to, with a view to promoting the economic development of the mountain areas. And ecological protection help.
