京津冀地区居民消费结构与产业结构协调关系研究

【摘要】：自从改革开放这37年以来,京津冀地区在经济建设方面取得了巨大的成就,经济总量得到提高,在中国经济的发展上也扮演着非常重要角色。京津冀地区的经济发展已经逐步过渡到消费起主导作用的阶段,所以优化居民的消费结构已经成为促进经济增长和产业结构升级的前提。与此同时,产业结构的调整也更加能适应居民消费结构的变化。中央经济会议结束之后,习近平总书记更是提出了京津冀协同发展战略。因此,分析京津冀地区消费结构和产业结构的协调关系,是目前学术界讨论的热点话题。本文基于这点,通过理论分析和实证研究,着重分析了京津冀地区的产业结构和城镇居民的消费结构之间的协调关系。全文共分为五部分,第一章主要介绍了文章研究背景和研究意义,并总结了国内外对产业结构和消费结构的相关文献研究。第二章是相关理论基础及其概念的界定,阐述了产业结构和产业结构演进的理论以及消费结构的内涵以及消费结构的相关理论基础,为后面的关系讨论奠定基础。第三章深入分析了京津冀地区的产业结构和城镇居民消费结构的现状,归纳总结各自发展特点。得出京津冀地区的产业结构以及城镇居民的消费结构均在不断的升级,北京市的产业结构呈现“三、二、一”模式,天津市和河北省的产业结构呈现“二、三、一”模式；消费结构也是享乐型和发展型所占比重较大。第四章是根据有关数据对京津冀产业结构和城镇居民消费结构的关系进行实证分析,应用计量经济学等相关知识分析京津冀19年来产业结构演进和城镇居民消费结构的相关关系、协调度以及探索了京津冀产业结构和城镇居民消费结构互动关系。从两者的关系来看,京津冀地区的城镇居民消费结构和产业结构存在着长期的协整关系,且京津冀地区的消费结构与产业结构存在双向的格兰杰因果关系。当前情况下,城镇居民消费结构和产业结构是处在基本和谐状态下的,而且区域之间存在着的差异也较小。但是消费结构和产业结构之间的协调度越来越小。第五章是政策建议,提出合理的京津冀产业结构和消费结构协调发展的建议,就要合理调整产业结构来适应城镇居民消费结构的变化,与此同时,扩大居民消费来促进产业结构的优化升级。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in the past 37 years, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has made great achievements in economic construction, the total economic volume has been improved, and it also plays a very important role in the economic development of China. The economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has gradually transferred to the stage where consumption plays a leading role, so optimizing the consumption structure of residents has become the premise to promote economic growth and upgrade industrial structure. At the same time, the adjustment of industrial structure can adapt to the change of consumption structure more. After the Central Economic Conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy. Therefore, it is a hot topic to analyze the harmonious relationship between consumption structure and industrial structure in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Based on this, through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper focuses on the harmonious relationship between the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the consumption structure of urban residents. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance of the article, and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on industrial structure and consumption structure. The second chapter is the related theoretical basis and the definition of the concept, elaborated the industrial structure and the industrial structure evolution theory, the consumption structure connotation as well as the consumption structure correlation theory foundation, laid the foundation for the later relations discussion. The third chapter analyzes the present situation of the industrial structure and the consumption structure of urban residents in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and summarizes their development characteristics. It is concluded that the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the consumption structure of urban residents are constantly upgrading, the industrial structure of Beijing presents "three, two, one" mode, and the industrial structure of Tianjin and Hebei Province presents "two, three, one" mode. Consumption structure is also hedonic type and development type account for a large proportion. The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the relationship between the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the consumption structure of urban residents according to the relevant data. This paper analyzes the relationship between the evolution of industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the consumption structure of urban residents in the past 19 years by means of econometrics, and probes into the interactive relationship between the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the consumption structure of urban residents. From the point of view of the relationship between the two, there is a long-term cointegration relationship between the consumption structure and industrial structure of urban residents in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and there is a two-way Granger causality relationship between the consumption structure and the industrial structure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. At present, the consumption structure and industrial structure of urban residents are in a basic harmonious state, and the differences between regions are small. However, the degree of coordination between consumption structure and industrial structure is becoming smaller and smaller. The fifth chapter is the policy suggestion, to put forward the suggestion of the harmonious development of the industrial structure and consumption structure of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure reasonably to adapt to the change of the consumption structure of the urban residents, at the same time, Expand resident consumption to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
