新疆生产建设兵团第四师香料产业可持续发展问题对策的研究

【摘要】：芳香植物作为一种的重要工业原料,在香精香料行业尤其是调味品、药物和香料等方面用途非常广泛。由于其产品独特的使用价值和不存在毒副作用等原因,在国内外迅速的被开发和利用。新疆生产建设兵团第四师作为中国的薰衣草、薄荷等香料植物种植基地,种植面积和产量占全国的95%以上。因此,研究香料产业的发展现状、问题并提出相应的建议与对策,对扩大香料产业发展的规模、提升效益具有很积极的作用。新疆生产建设兵团第四师地处我国西北边境,特殊的生境条件下生长的野生香料植物资源十分丰富,由于气候较温和湿润,降水较丰富,它的地理、气候和土壤热资源非常合适的香料的生长,可以生产出高质量的一流的香料植物。本文主要是对第四师香料产业的发展现状进行了研究,并对第四师香料产业可持续发展中存在的主要问题进行了总结和分析。通过对当前国内外香料行业现状的研究,结合第四师香料产业发展的实际情况,对四师香料产业发展现状及存在的问题进行分析,种质资源稀少、现有品种杂乱退化,良种化程度低,加工工艺技术落后,产品科技含量低,品牌优势弱等,针对当前的主要问题,提出了相应的几条对策建议,加强领导,合理规划布局,用科技创新支撑产业发展,强化市场运行制度,重视品牌建设等。希望本文能够为四师香料产业的可持续发展提供一些帮助。
[Abstract]:As an important industrial raw material, aromatic plants are widely used in flavoring industry, especially in condiments, medicines and spices. Because of its unique use value and no toxic side effects, it has been developed and used rapidly at home and abroad. The fourth Division of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps is China's base for the cultivation of lavender, mint and other spice plants. The planting area and output account for more than 95% of the country's total. Therefore, the research on the present situation of the spice industry, the problems and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures will play a positive role in expanding the scale of the development of the spice industry and enhancing the efficiency. The fourth Division of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps is located on the northwest border of China. It has abundant resources of wild spice plants growing under special habitat conditions. Because of its mild and humid climate and abundant precipitation, its geography, Climate and soil thermal resources are very suitable for the growth of spices, can produce high-quality first-class spice plants. In this paper, the current situation of the development of the fourth division spice industry is studied, and the main problems in the sustainable development of the fourth division spice industry are summarized and analyzed. Based on the research on the current domestic and foreign spice industry and the actual situation of the fourth division's spice industry development, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the fourth division's spice industry. The germplasm resources are scarce and the existing varieties are disorderly and degraded. The improvement degree is low, the processing technology is backward, the product science and technology content is low, the brand superiority is weak, and so on. In view of the main problems at present, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, strengthens the leadership, reasonably plans the layout, etc. Support industrial development with scientific and technological innovation, strengthen market operation system and attach importance to brand building. I hope this article can provide some help for the sustainable development of the fourth division spice industry.
