产业因素对企业核心价值观影响的研究

【摘要】:随着中国的改革开放、中国综合实力的增加以及广东、福建、天津自由贸易区的设立,中国的经济进入快车道发展。借着这股东风,中国国内企业迎来了新的发展春天,涌现出一批批优秀的企业,如中国企业500强和中国民营企业500强。但是,从历年3.15消费者保护日披露企业不良违法行为的名单上看,不乏名声在外的企业,少不了所谓的“大企业”。在企业极速发展的同时,是否也膨胀了企业的欲望,暴露了企业的这台大机器的肮脏,更是揭露出操纵企业背后人为的“操盘者”。众所周知,企业文化是20世纪70年代以后,日本企业崛起的重要法宝之一;优秀的企业文化也是一个企业基业长青必不可缺少的一个部分;企业文化更是控制着企业的中枢,对企业战略选择、企业经营方式、企业人力资源管理、员工凝聚力等大大小小的方面都有着深刻的影响;更重要的是,企业文化还是约束企业行为的内在利器。直到现在,无论西方学者,还是东方企业家,包括我国学术界都十分重视企业文化对企业发展的持续研究,并力求因地制宜地运用企业文化,为我国企业发展服务,从而推动我国经济可持续发展。而企业核心价值观是企业文化最核心的部分,它是企业整个文化系统的精华,因此,企业核心价值观树立正确与否,直接影响着企业的生存。我国的企业一共分为有三大产业,分别为第一产业,第二产业和第三产业,第一产业为农业,第二产业为工业,第三产业是制造业。每个产业有着自己不同产业的特点,比如说产业环境、产业资源、产业模式,不同产业的企业在经营方式、获利途径、战略选择、人才聘用等方面,也有着差异。如果说企业核心价值观是企业文化最核心的部分,而企业文化影响着企业各个部分的运作,那么,是否不同产业的企业在塑造企业核心价值观上侧重点不同?是否相同产业的企业塑造的企业核心价值观相似呢?本文从产业的角度,以2013年中国国有企业500强和2013年中国民营企业500强为研究样本,首先把两个榜单中的企业分成不同产业群体,然后通过从企业网站、企业首页、企业刊物、学术论文以及网络平台上收集企业的核心价值观,再对这些企业的核心价值观的关键词进行提炼、合并以及分类,最后,运用卡方检验进行分析,力求证明产业对企业核心价值观有所影响,验证不同产业的企业其核心价值观是相异的,相同产业的企业其核心价值观是相似的,为国内研究企业核心价值观开辟一条新的道路。
[Abstract]:With China's reform and opening up, the increase of China's comprehensive strength and the establishment of Guangdong, Fujian and Tianjin free trade zones, China's economy has entered a fast track of development. Taking advantage of this wind, China's domestic enterprises have ushered in a new spring of development, and a number of outstanding enterprises have emerged, such as the top 500 Chinese enterprises and the top 500 private enterprises in China. However, judging from the list of disclosures of corporate malpractices on Consumer Protection Day on March 15, there are no lack of reputable enterprises, and there is no lack of so-called "big enterprises." At the same time, whether it also inflates the desire of the enterprise, exposes the filth of the large machine of the enterprise, and reveals the artificial "operator" behind the manipulation of the enterprise. As we all know, corporate culture is one of the most important magic weapons for the rise of Japanese enterprises after the 1970s; excellent corporate culture is also an indispensable part of an enterprise's foundation industry; and corporate culture is also controlling the center of an enterprise. It has a profound influence on the choice of enterprise strategy, the mode of business management, the management of human resources, the cohesion of employees and so on. More importantly, the corporate culture is also the internal weapon to restrain the enterprise behavior. Up to now, both Western scholars and eastern entrepreneurs, including the academic circles in China, have attached great importance to the continuous study of enterprise development by enterprise culture, and have made every effort to apply corporate culture to suit local conditions in order to serve the development of enterprises in our country. So as to promote the sustainable development of our economy. The core values of the enterprise is the core part of the enterprise culture, it is the essence of the whole culture system of the enterprise. Therefore, the establishment of the core values of the enterprise directly affects the survival of the enterprise. Chinese enterprises are divided into three industries: primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry, the primary industry is agriculture, the second industry is industry, and the third industry is manufacturing industry. Each industry has its own characteristics of different industries, such as the industrial environment, industrial resources, industrial models, different industries in the business mode, profit path, strategic choice, talent recruitment, and other aspects, there are differences. If the core values of the enterprise is the core part of the corporate culture, and corporate culture affects the operation of each part of the enterprise, then whether different industries of enterprises in shaping the core values of the enterprise focus on different? Does the same industry shape the same core values of the enterprise? From the angle of industry, taking the top 500 state-owned enterprises in 2013 and the top 500 private enterprises in China in 2013 as the research samples, this paper first divides the enterprises in the two lists into different industry groups, and then through the enterprise website, the first page of the enterprise, the enterprise publication. Academic papers and network platform to collect the core values of enterprises, and then the key words of the core values of these enterprises to extract, merge and classify, finally, using chi-square test to analyze, Try to prove that the industry has influence on the core values of enterprises, verify that the core values of enterprises in different industries are different, and that the core values of enterprises of the same industry are similar. Open up a new way for domestic research enterprise core values.
