吕梁市离石区园林绿化苗木产业现状、问题与应对策略

【摘要】：随着我国经济快速发展,工业化和城市化进程的不断推进,城市人口快速集中聚居,城市空气严重污染,如二氧化硫、硫化氢、PM2.5等有毒有害物质快速增加,严重危害到了人民的生活健康。因此,通过大力发展城市园林绿化,加快城市生态文明建设,改善和美化居民生活环境,是当今以及未来一段时期内城市发展的重中之重。园林绿化苗木产业是整个城市生态文明建设的最基础、最重要的环节,在园林绿化建设中发挥着日益显著的基础作用。目前,我国的园林绿化苗木产业处于产业升级、困难和机遇并存的重要发展时期,本文以吕梁市离石区为切入点,通过调查研究其发展现状及存在问题,提出应对策略,为其产业的发展和升级提供有益的观点。本文先介绍了国内外园林绿化苗木产业的发展现状,分析了国外园林绿化苗木产业发展的一些先进的经验和技术及我国该产业在快速发展的同时存在的如市场意识淡薄、盲目跟风、没有发挥自己的优势、选种和育种等科研水平差、苗木生产技术落后、标准化程度低等一系列共性的问题。然后以吕梁市离石区的园林绿化苗木产业为研究对象,通过分析调查,了解了该区园林近十年来绿化树木的种类、种植面积、从业人口、经济效益分析等,从而总结出该区园林绿化苗木产业存在的一些个性问题,并阐述该行业的应对策略。指出必须加强全局统筹规划,促进苗木产业结构调整、加强绿化苗木科技研究,提高苗木产品质量,控制规模,调整种类,解决结构性过剩问题,加强市场营销体系建设,重视科技人才投入,加强苗圃间的广泛合作,加强苗木专业队伍建设,龙头企业,走公司加农户的发展路子等措施才能使吕梁市离石区的苗木产业健康发展。通过本文的研究,希望为吕梁市离石区的园林绿化苗木产业进一步优化升级、适应市场要求、进入快速、优质的发展轨道提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the continuous progress of industrialization and urbanization, the rapid concentration of urban population and urban air pollution, such as sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide PM2.5 and other toxic and harmful substances are increasing rapidly. It seriously endangers the people's health. Therefore, through vigorously developing urban landscaping, speeding up the construction of urban ecological civilization, improving and beautifying the living environment of residents, it is the most important task of urban development in the present and in the future period. Landscape greening seedling industry is the most basic and most important link in the construction of urban ecological civilization, which plays an increasingly prominent role in the construction of garden greening. At present, China's landscaping seedling industry is in an important period of industrial upgrading, difficulties and opportunities coexist. This paper takes Luli Liangshi area as the starting point, through investigation and study of its development status and existing problems, put forward countermeasures. To provide a useful perspective for the development and upgrading of its industry. This paper first introduces the present situation of the development of landscape green seedling industry at home and abroad, analyzes some advanced experience and technology of the development of garden green seedling industry abroad, and the existence of this industry in our country at the same time, such as weak market consciousness. There are a series of common problems such as blindly following the trend, not giving play to their own advantages, poor scientific research level such as selection of species and breeding, backward production technology of seedlings and low degree of standardization. Then, taking the garden greening seedling industry in Luli stone district as the research object, through the analysis and investigation, the species, planting area, working population, economic benefit and so on of the garden greening in this area in the past ten years have been understood. Some personality problems existed in this area are summarized, and the countermeasures of this industry are expounded. It is pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen overall planning, promote the adjustment of seedling industry structure, strengthen the scientific and technological research of green seedlings, improve the quality of seedling products, control the scale, adjust kinds, solve the problem of structural surplus, and strengthen the construction of marketing system. Only by paying attention to the input of scientific and technological talents, strengthening the extensive cooperation among nurseries, strengthening the construction of professional team of seedlings, leading enterprises, and taking the way of company and farmers, can the seedling industry develop healthily in Luli Liangshi district. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide some useful reference and reference for the further optimization and upgrading of landscape greening seedling industry in Luli stone district, to adapt to the market requirements, and to enter into the fast and high quality development track.
