地方创新政策与产业结构调整--基于地方政府相关创新政策的实证分析

【摘要】：文章分析了地方政府产业创新政策对产业结构优化升级的作用机理及途径,利用我国省际面板数据实证分析地方产业创新政策对产业结构合理化和高级化的效应,以及市场化和地方政府能力对创新政策的产业结构优化升级效应的影响。研究表明,地方产业创新政策能够显著地提升地区产业结构合理化和高级化程度,但这个作用依赖于市场化程度和地方政府能力。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mechanism and approach of local government industrial innovation policy on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and empirically analyzes the effect of local industrial innovation policy on the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure by using inter-provincial panel data in China. And the impact of marketization and local government capacity on industrial structure optimization and upgrading of innovation policy. The research shows that the local industrial innovation policy can significantly promote the rationalization and upgrading of the regional industrial structure, but this role depends on the degree of marketization and the ability of the local government.
