【摘要】:互联网背景下,出版企业微观层面的供给侧改革需要基于融媒体内容形态的用户运营,重构与目标阅读人群之间的传播与商务关系形态;基于全新阅读消费模式的供给,运用差异化的产品策略和心理定价模式;基于互联网内容生产模式,实现策划编辑的角色转型;基于出版企业的内部创业,培育高效的产品运营团队,应对快速变化的外部环境。
