文化产业园办公系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：为大力发展文化产业,加快文化强市建设,我市出台了《十二五文化产业发展规划》,要求加强对文化产业园区的统筹规划和分类指导。按照国家和省标准化建园要求,我市逐步深化文化产业智慧园区、重点园区、示范园区的发展。不断推广和发展文化产业园区快速发展的新思路、新举措、新成效、新经验、新典型,推进园区人流、物流、信息流建设,为文化产业园区发展营造良好的社会氛围。我市高度重视建设数字化城市工作,全面推进文化产业园区信息化建设,把此项工作作为提高园区服务水平、完善园区投资环境、提升园区管理能力、打造园区综合竞争力的重要手段。我市文化产业园区智慧园系统的建设,着力解决了招商项目、OA办公等方面的管理水平低下等问题,提高了办公效率,消除了信息孤岛问题,实现了信息资源共享。济南市文化产业智慧园系统的研发主要是为产业园区相关部门服务,增强了政府推动企业创新的服务能力,切实推进了政府管理部门的政务管理水平的提升；为园区招商引资奠定了基础,吸引了更多龙头企业,聚集外来资金、技术和管理经验,进一步促进了园区发展；文化产业智慧园的建设,通过新兴的云数据中心、智慧应用及公共服务支撑平台等优良创新的环境,为企业做宣传推广,使园区企业快速产生效益,消除企业发展的后顾之忧,并提供更高层次的管理决策支撑。本文的主要工作是：分析文化产业园区信息化建设的重要性,阐述了我市文化产业园办公系统目的和意义；根据有关工作要求和我市西街工坊、高新区文化产业孵化基地等产业园区的特点对Client/Server和Browser/server模式下进行选择,设计并实现一个基于B／S模式的文化产业智慧园系统；对系统主要模块的划分做了详细的需求分析,介绍系统主要技术的使用；对系统总体架构、数据库、重要模块和技术进行设计；对系统的主要模块进行了实现并测试；最后对系统设计过程中出现的问题进行了总结和展望。本文考虑到了文化产业园区的发展特点尽可能的发挥了网络的作用,为传统工业园到第三代智慧产业园的提升提供了意见。
[Abstract]:In order to develop the cultural industry and speed up the construction of the strong cultural city, our city issued the 12th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Industry Development, which requires strengthening the overall planning and classification guidance of the Cultural Industry Park. According to the national and provincial standardization requirements, our city gradually deepen the development of cultural industry wisdom park, key park and demonstration park. New ideas, new measures, new results, new experiences, new models, promoting the construction of people flow, logistics and information flow of the cultural industrial park are constantly promoted and developed, thus creating a good social atmosphere for the development of the cultural industry park. Our city attaches great importance to the construction of digital city, comprehensively promotes the informatization construction of the cultural industry park, regards this work as improving the service level of the park, perfecting the investment environment of the park, and enhancing the management ability of the park. The important means to build the comprehensive competitiveness of the park. The construction of the wisdom park system in our city's cultural industry park has solved the problems of low management level, such as the low management level in the project of attracting investment and OA, etc., has improved the office efficiency, eliminated the problem of the isolated island of information, and realized the sharing of information resources. The research and development of Jinan Cultural Industry Wisdom Park system is mainly to serve the relevant departments of the Industrial Park, enhance the service ability of the government to promote the innovation of enterprises, and promote the level of government administration of the government management department. It has laid the foundation for the park to attract investment, attracted more leading enterprises, gathered foreign capital, technology and management experience, and further promoted the development of the park; the construction of the cultural industry wisdom park, through the emerging cloud data center, The intelligent application and the public service support platform and so on fine innovation environment, does the propaganda promotion for the enterprise, causes the park enterprise to produce the benefit quickly, eliminates the enterprise development worry, and provides the higher level management decision support. The main work of this paper is to analyze the importance of the informatization construction of the cultural industrial park, to expound the purpose and significance of the office system of the cultural industrial park in our city, and to base on the relevant work requirements and the construction of the Xijie Industrial Square in our city. The characteristics of the industrial parks, such as the cultural industry incubating base of the high-tech zones, are selected under the Client/Server and Browser/server models, and a cultural industry wisdom park system based on the B / S model is designed and implemented, and the main modules of the system are analyzed in detail. This paper introduces the use of the main technologies of the system; designs the system architecture, database, important modules and technologies; implements and tests the main modules of the system; finally, summarizes and prospects the problems in the process of system design. This paper takes into account the characteristics of the development of the cultural industrial park as far as possible to play the role of the network, for the traditional industrial park to the third generation of intelligent industrial park to promote the advice.
