以新式产业政策构造产业优势——南京财经大学博士生导师石奇教授访谈

【摘要】：石奇教授在访谈中探讨了现代产业政策体系的内涵,分析了产业优势响应产业政策的过程及其作用方式,认为在多边贸易体制背景下培育产业优势,由于贸易规则的限制,主要不是直接培养比较优势产业,而是培养比较优势要素和比较优势环节。
[Abstract]:In his interview, Professor Shi Qi discussed the connotation of modern industrial policy system, analyzed the process of industrial advantage responding to industrial policy and its function, and considered that under the background of multilateral trading system, the cultivation of industrial advantage is due to the restriction of trade rules. It is not the direct cultivation of comparative advantage industries, but the cultivation of comparative advantage elements and comparative advantage links.
