“脱虚向实”:新常态下我国体育产业发展的路径转换

【摘要】:通过文献资料、综合分析等研究方法对我国当前体育产业发展所经历的难得的新常态进行了梳理,认为经济发展不断提升了产业市场根基,政策环境营造不断释放着体育红利,体育认知扩围不断提升体育产业空间,健康中国打造进一步扩展了产业融合空间,而当前我国体育产业存在着体育消费理念尚不普及,体育消费场所依然不足,社会配套支持仍待提升,体育产业结构亟待优化等现实问题,产业发展中存在着较为严重的虚设行为,追求短、平、快,基于此提出了脱虚向实的路径转向,指出从立足公民体育需求,提升公共服务水平,培育体育消费市场;进一步完善体育参与消费空间,打造产业发展的支撑体系,建立体育产业联动发展机制等基本的宏观思路。
[Abstract]:Through literature review, comprehensive analysis and other research methods, this paper combs out the rare new normal experienced by the development of sports industry in China. It holds that economic development has promoted the foundation of the industrial market, policy environment has created a constant release of sports dividends, sports awareness has expanded and promoted the space of sports industry, and healthy China has made further progress. The space for industrial integration has been expanded. However, the concept of sports consumption is not yet popular in China's sports industry, sports consumption places are still insufficient, social support is still to be upgraded, sports industrial structure needs to be optimized, and other practical problems exist in the development of the industry, there is a serious fictitious behavior, the pursuit of short, flat, fast. Based on this, this paper puts forward a way out of the void. The paper points out that the basic macro-ideas should be based on the citizen's sports demand, raising the level of public service, cultivating the sports consumption market, further improving the sports participation and consumption space, building the supporting system of industry development, and establishing the linkage development mechanism of sports industry.
