成都市文化创意产业园外部公共空间适应性研究

【摘要】:成都市作为全国文化创意产业发展较快的城市之一,其文化创意产业已经逐步形成依托城市、集聚发展的空间布局形态,产生了一批文化创意产业园。适应性概念的引入,目的在于运用其动态观和整体协调关系为现代外部公共空间设计构建一个可调节反馈的和谐的设计系统。为了更有效的实现文化创意产业园的适应性研究,在对文化创意产业园外部公共空间的实证分析基础上,探索一种以SD法为研究方法,对成都文化创意产业园外部公共空间进行适应性评价,以期为城市创意产业园建设发展提供科学依据和理论支持,使得文化创意产业园空间在演化过程中始终保持可持续发展。本文将沿着提出问题、分析问题与解决问题的思路来进行本次研究。首先,本文通过对成都文化创意产业园发展现状与适应性理论进行基础研究,并通过有重点、分层次地走访调研成都十多家旧厂房改造和新建的文化创意产业园,对文化创意产业园有了宏观的认识和了解。再在对文化创意产业园组成要素与构成要素进行具体分析的基础上,提出文化创意产业园适应性内容与适应性载体,进而总结出适应性要素:物质空间要素与场所人文两大方面的内容。其次,选取成都其中有代表性的三个文化创意产业园开展实证研究,通过对三个产业园外部公共空间的简单介绍,运用SD法对应适应性要素选取评价因子与评价样本,通过问卷调研然后整理数据得出综合评价平均值,再分析数据找出实例在外部公共空间适应性方面的情况。最后,论文依据前期的理论分析和运用SD法进行实证研究,总结成都文化创意产业园外部公共空间适应与不适应的地方。再针对调查发现的问题,提出成都市文化创意产业园外部公共空间适应性设计建议。主要是从六个方面入手,包括:增强个性化,促进行为参与;打造多义空间,容纳多种活动;完善设施,加强空间可达性;塑造品质环境,延长空间停留时间;打造开敞空间,增强自由交流;加强文化内涵,提升空间氛围。
[Abstract]:Chengdu, as one of the cities with rapid development of cultural and creative industries in China, has gradually formed its cultural and creative industries based on the city, gathered and developed a number of cultural and creative industrial parks. The purpose of the introduction of the concept of adaptability is to construct a harmonious design system with adjustable feedback for the modern external public space design by using its dynamic view and overall coordination relationship. In order to realize the adaptability research of the cultural creative industry park more effectively, based on the empirical analysis of the external public space of the cultural and creative industry park, this paper explores a research method based on the SD method. This paper evaluates the adaptability of the outer public space of Chengdu Cultural and Creative Industry Park in order to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the construction and development of the Urban Creative Industry Park, so that the space of the Cultural and Creative Industry Park will always maintain sustainable development in the process of evolution. This paper will carry out this research along the train of thought of problem raising, problem analysis and problem solving. First of all, through the basic research on the development status and adaptability theory of Chengdu Cultural and Creative Industry Park, and through the key points, through the investigation and investigation of more than ten old factory buildings in Chengdu and the newly built Cultural and Creative Industrial Park. Cultural and creative industry park has a macro understanding and understanding. Then on the basis of the concrete analysis of the elements and elements of the cultural and creative industry park, the adaptive content and the adaptive carrier of the cultural and creative industry park are put forward. Then summed up the adaptability factor: material space factor and place humanities two aspects of the content. Secondly, three representative cultural and creative industry parks in Chengdu are selected to carry out empirical research. Through a brief introduction of the three industrial parks' external public space, the SD method is used to select the evaluation factors and evaluation samples corresponding to adaptive elements. Through the questionnaire survey and then collate the data to get the comprehensive evaluation average, and then analyze the data to find out the case in the external public space adaptability. Finally, according to the previous theoretical analysis and the use of SD method for empirical research, summed up the Chengdu Cultural and Creative Industry Park external public space adaptation and inadaptability. In view of the problems found in the investigation, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the adaptability design of the outer public space of Chengdu Cultural and Creative Industry Park. It mainly starts from six aspects, including: enhancing individuation, promoting behavior participation; creating polysemous space to accommodate a variety of activities; perfecting facilities to enhance the accessibility of space; shaping quality environment, prolonging space residence time; creating open space. Enhance free communication, strengthen cultural connotation, and enhance the atmosphere of space.
