安化黑茶产业创新系统研究

【摘要】：安化黑茶产业是中国茶产业的重要组成部分,安化黑茶曾经作为边销茶供应西北地区,是边疆人民的生命之饮,随着我国社会经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们逐渐认识到安化黑茶对人类健康的巨大作用。安化黑茶产业作为新兴的老产业,具有深厚的文化底蕴,又具有时尚的流行要素,机遇和挑战并存,如何借助有利条件,在国内国际茶叶市场中脱颖而出,实现健康可持续发展,是安化黑茶产业当前的核心问题和首要目标。本文首先从理论入手,研究了技术创新理论、创新系统理论和产业创新系统理论,接着对安化黑茶产业的发展历史和现状进行概述,并用SWOT法对安化黑茶产业的竞争力进行分析,发现安化黑茶产业仍处于传统产业向现代产业的转型之中,明确了技术创新在安化黑茶产业发展中的重要作用,接着对安化黑茶产业技术创新模式的历史演变轨迹进行阐释,并从种植业、加工业、流通服务业三方面对安化黑茶产业的技术水平和技术创新现状进行研究。明确了建立安化黑茶产业创新系统的必要性和紧迫性。本文在一般产业创新系统理论的基础上,借鉴其他行业的产业创新系统模型建构的经验,结合安化黑茶产业的阶段性特征和未来发展趋势,构建了安化黑茶产业创新系统结构模型。该系统由安化黑茶产业技术创新系统、安化黑茶产业环境保障系统、安化黑茶产业绩效反馈系统三个子系统构成。同时对三个子系统的主体构成、功能运行分别进行了讨论,最后针对进一步完善安化黑茶产业创新系统,提出了一些可供参考的建议。
[Abstract]:Anhua black tea industry is an important part of China's tea industry. Anhua black tea once served as a side tea supply to the northwest region and was a drink of life for the people in the border areas. With the rapid development of China's social economy and the continuous improvement of the people's living standards, People have come to realize the great effect of Anhua black tea on human health. As a new and old industry, Anhua black tea industry has profound cultural background, fashion popular elements, opportunities and challenges, how to stand out in the domestic and international tea market with the help of favorable conditions, Realizing healthy and sustainable development is the core problem and primary goal of Anhua black tea industry. In this paper, the theory of technological innovation, the theory of innovation system and the theory of industrial innovation system are studied, and then the history and present situation of the black tea industry of Anhua are summarized. By analyzing the competitiveness of the black tea industry of Anhua by SWOT method, it is found that the black tea industry of Anhua is still in the process of transformation from traditional industry to modern industry, and the important role of technological innovation in the development of black tea industry of Anhua is clarified. Then it explains the historical evolution of the technological innovation mode of Anhua black tea industry, and studies the technological level and technological innovation status of the black tea industry in Anhua from three aspects: planting industry, processing industry and circulation service industry. The necessity and urgency of establishing the innovation system of Anhua Black Tea Industry are clarified. On the basis of general industrial innovation system theory, this paper draws lessons from the experience of other industries' industrial innovation system model construction, and combines the stage characteristics and future development trend of Anhua's black tea industry. The innovation system structure model of black tea industry in Anhua is constructed. The system consists of three subsystems: Anhua Black Tea Industry Technology Innovation system, Anhua Black Tea Industry Environmental Security system and Anhua Black Tea Industry performance feedback system. At the same time, the main body composition and function operation of the three subsystems are discussed respectively. Finally, some suggestions for reference are put forward to further improve the innovation system of Anhua Black Tea Industry.
