基于关键成功因素的JY公司产业培育模式研究

【摘要】:随着人类对自然资源需求的不断增加,自20世纪70年代起,全球已进入生态超载的状态。2008年,全球人均生态足迹已经超过了地球生物承载力的50%,也就是说,当前人类所消耗的可再生能源和所排放的二氧化碳需要1.5个地球才能达到平衡,生态耗竭速度的各项指标中,碳足迹的增长占据了主要部分。2013年9月IPCC评估报告中也提到,过量排放的二氧化碳和全球气候变暖之间存在着联系。发研究发现,过量的二氧化碳更多地来源于人类的活动。近年来,随着科学技术的发展,各国政府在限制二氧化碳排放的同时,也逐步认识到二氧化碳是温室气体的主要构成部分,是一种储量丰富的可再生资源。虽然学术界对二氧化碳的应用研究还处于初步阶段,对惰性气体二氧化碳的转化开发仍然存在很多技术问题。但是人类如果能够突破技术瓶颈,将二氧化碳转化成新型材料等有机化工产品,这些重大突破不仅可以减缓人类对石油等传统资源的依赖,还会由此拓展出庞大的新兴产业链条,具有重大的环保和经济意义。 由于众多因素影响,我国的低碳产业仍处于初期发展阶段,在管理研发,生产运营等方面缺乏经验,导致其竞争优势较为薄弱。因此,如何结合企业所处的产业环境和企业自身具备的资源,从众多产业成功因素中识别出与本企业最相关的关键成功因素,通过梳理这些因素间的关系从而帮助企业对这些因素加以认知并予以改善,从而提升企业乃至整个产业的竞争力,已成为当今低碳企业决策者所面临的重大课题。 首先,本文阐述了研究背景,介绍了JY公司的概况,并对相关管理理论的研究现状作了回顾和总结,分别对JY公司所处的产业发展现状,市场状况进行了分析,针对公司的企业文化、人员构成、财务状况、技术能力和管理制度分析了企业的内部因素。其次,通过与二氧化碳共聚物应用材料行业的专家循环访谈设定了56项影响二氧化碳共聚物应用材料产业经营的关键成功因素,继而依据产业相关成功因素的概念和识别标准,进行产业相关成功因素的识别,继而确定二氧化碳应用材料产业的相关成功因素。在结合JY公司自身资源和能力的基础上,根据关键成功因素的特征,应用ISM将众多相关成功因素进行串联,从而就对公司发展的影响程度进行排序,使JY公司在充分了解企业内外环境及自身竞争优势的基础上对战略选择加以认识,制定出适合企业生存的发展战略。再次,通过明确JY公司的战略原则,,制定基于JY公司主导的产业生态系统的产业培育模式。最后,为保障JY公司发展战略的有效实施,分别从企业文化、人才培养、技术支持、资金支持、政策支持等方面提供有效的保障策略。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for natural resources, the world has been in ecological overload since the 1970s. In 2008, the per capita ecological footprint of the world has exceeded 50 percent of the earth's biological carrying capacity. It takes 1.5 Earth to balance the renewable energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, and the increase in carbon footprint is a major part of the ecological depletion rate, as mentioned in the September 2013 IPCC assessment. There is a link between excessive emissions of carbon dioxide and global warming. The study found that excess carbon dioxide originates more from human activity. In recent years, with the development of science and technology, governments have gradually realized that carbon dioxide is the main component of greenhouse gas and a kind of abundant renewable resource. Although the application of carbon dioxide in academia is still in its initial stage, there are still many technical problems in the conversion and development of inert gas carbon dioxide. But if human beings can break through the technological bottleneck and convert carbon dioxide into organic chemical products such as new materials, these major breakthroughs will not only reduce people's dependence on traditional resources such as oil. Also will expand the huge emerging industry chain, has the significant environmental protection and the economic significance. Because of the influence of many factors, the low carbon industry in China is still in the initial stage of development, lack of experience in management, research and development, production and operation, resulting in its competitive advantage is relatively weak. Therefore, how to identify the most relevant key success factors from many industry success factors, combining the industrial environment and the resources of the enterprise itself, By combing the relationship between these factors to help enterprises to understand and improve these factors, thus to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and even the entire industry, has become a major issue facing the decision makers of low-carbon enterprises. First of all, this paper describes the research background, introduces the general situation of JY company, reviews and summarizes the research status of the related management theory, and analyzes the current situation of the industry development and the market situation of the JY company, respectively. Based on the corporate culture, personnel composition, financial situation, technical ability and management system, this paper analyzes the internal factors of the company. Secondly, 56 key success factors of carbon dioxide copolymers applied materials industry were set up by circular interviews with experts in the application materials industry of carbon dioxide copolymers, and then according to the concept and identification criteria of industry related success factors. Identify the industry-related success factors, and then determine the relevant success factors of carbon dioxide application material industry. On the basis of combining JY company's own resources and ability, according to the characteristics of key success factors, ISM is used to connect many related success factors, and then the degree of influence on the development of the company is ranked. On the basis of fully understanding the internal and external environment of the enterprise and its own competitive advantage, JY Company can understand the strategic choice and formulate a development strategy suitable for the survival of the enterprise. Thirdly, by clarifying the strategic principles of JY, the industrial cultivation model based on JY's leading industrial ecosystem is established. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of JY's development strategy, effective strategies are provided from the aspects of corporate culture, talent training, technical support, financial support, policy support and so on.
