产业集聚对我国制造业的增长效应研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国国民经济实现了高速增长,这种增长在很大程度上与我国制造业的高速发展密不可分。制造业的发展得益于大批国内、外制造业产业资本和资源的集聚。在产业集聚形成和成长阶段,集聚程度的提高会推动经济的正向增长直至产业集聚进入成熟阶段,但当越过该集聚的成熟阶段时,产业集聚程度过大超过地区承载能力时,产业集聚程度的增大将会抑制经济的增长。因此,在不同集聚发展阶段,集聚对产业经济增长会产生正向或负向的增长效应。由此,在产业集聚的空间演变过程中,如何通过产业集聚的增长效应实现我国制造业产业经济的进一步发展具有重要的现实意义。本文在相关理论的研究基础上,结合我国31个省份的制造业数据,分析我国制造业产业集聚的发展现状及发展趋势,并利用面板模型分析了制造业集聚的增长效应在不同省份对经济产生的不同影响。研究结果表明,产业集聚的规模效应和拥挤效应在我国的制造业集聚发展中均有体现。目前,我国制造业产业集聚程度总体呈现下降趋势并呈现东高西低分布,中部地区增长速度高于其他地区。同时总体来看,我国制造业产业集聚对产业经济的促进效应已经有所减弱,产业集聚产出弹性呈出中间高、两侧低的分布态势。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's national economy has achieved a rapid growth, which to a large extent is closely related to the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry. The development of manufacturing industry benefits from a large number of domestic and foreign manufacturing industry capital and resource agglomeration. In the stage of formation and growth of industrial agglomeration, the increase of agglomeration degree will promote the positive growth of economy until the industrial agglomeration enters the mature stage, but when the industrial agglomeration is over the mature stage, the degree of industrial agglomeration exceeds the bearing capacity of the region. The increase of industrial agglomeration will restrain the economic growth. Therefore, in different stages of agglomeration development, agglomeration will produce positive or negative growth effects on industrial economic growth. Therefore, in the process of spatial evolution of industrial agglomeration, how to realize the further development of manufacturing industry economy through the growth effect of industrial agglomeration has important practical significance. Based on the research of relevant theories and the data of manufacturing industry in 31 provinces of China, this paper analyzes the present situation and development trend of manufacturing industry agglomeration in China. The panel model is used to analyze the different effects of manufacturing agglomeration on economy in different provinces. The results show that both the scale effect and crowding effect of industrial agglomeration are reflected in the development of manufacturing agglomeration in China. At present, the degree of industrial agglomeration of manufacturing industry in our country is on the whole decreasing and showing a low distribution in the east and west, and the growth rate in the central region is higher than that in other regions. At the same time, as a whole, the promoting effect of industrial agglomeration on industrial economy has been weakened, and the elasticity of industrial agglomeration output is high in the middle and low in both sides.
