山西煤炭产业集群内企业协同创新影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化与科技的发展,企业集群化发展已经成为我国经济发展中的亮点。山西作为我国能源供给主体,进行了煤炭产业集群化发展,使集群内企业能共享资源,增强企业的竞争能力。随着市场竞争越来越激烈,创新能力已经成为提高产业集群竞争优势的关键因素。所以,仍然处在低级发展阶段的山西省煤炭产业集群应该进行协同创新来弥补创新资源和能力的不足,实现集群整体创新能力的提升,向高层次集群迈进。因此,本文选择探讨山西煤炭产业集群内企业协同创新影响因素,建立影响因素指标体系,为集群内企业提高协同创新能力提出对策。 本文首先对产业集群和协同创新相关的理论进行综述,,得出煤炭产业集群与煤炭产业集群内企业协同创新的定义,然后分析山西煤炭产业集群与集群内企业协同创新现状。通过文献分析与专家访谈,得出山西煤炭产业集群内企业协同创新影响因素,利用解释结构模型方法将其分层,然后建立概念模型,假设各层影响因素均对山西省煤炭产业集群协同创新程度有正向作用,在此基础上,以山西省内多个煤炭产业集群内的企业为对象进行问卷调查,用调查问卷结果进行统计分析,验证了概念模型的成立。 本文研究的主要结果为:各个具体的影响因素可以分为四个层面:微观层、网络关系层、资源层和宏观环境层,并得出影响因素对协同创新均有正向促进作用,贡献度从大到小依次为:资源层,网络关系层,宏观环境层和微观层。并由此提出增强协同创新能力的对策建议:加强企业的自身素质、构建和谐的网络关系、提升集群内资源的支持作用、提供良好的环境支撑、建设生态型煤炭产业集群。 本文的研究成果在一定程度上推动了产业集群协同创新的研究发展,建立影响因素指标体系,对影响因素有了更加全面、深入的认识,为山西煤炭产业集群内企业协同创新提供建议,同时也为政府、高校/科研机构、中介服务机构的发展提供借鉴,对集群内企业协同创新能力的提高具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and science and technology, the development of enterprise cluster has become a bright spot in the economic development of our country. As the main body of energy supply in China, Shanxi has carried out the cluster development of coal industry, which enables enterprises to share resources and enhance their competitiveness. With the market competition becoming more and more fierce, innovation ability has become a key factor to improve the competitive advantage of industrial clusters. Therefore, Shanxi coal industry cluster, which is still in the low stage of development, should carry out collaborative innovation to make up for the deficiency of innovation resources and ability, to realize the upgrading of the overall innovation ability of the cluster and to advance to the high level cluster. Therefore, this paper chooses to discuss the influencing factors of cooperative innovation of enterprises in Shanxi coal industry cluster, establish the index system of influencing factors, and put forward countermeasures for improving the ability of collaborative innovation of enterprises in the cluster. This paper firstly summarizes the theories related to industrial cluster and collaborative innovation, and draws the definition of cooperative innovation between coal industry cluster and enterprise in coal industrial cluster, and then analyzes the present situation of cooperative innovation in Shanxi coal industry cluster and enterprise cluster. Through literature analysis and expert interviews, this paper draws the influencing factors of collaborative innovation of enterprises in Shanxi coal industry cluster, and uses the method of explanatory structure model to stratify it, and then establishes a conceptual model. On the basis of the assumption that all factors have positive effect on the degree of synergistic innovation of Shanxi coal industry cluster, a questionnaire survey is carried out among the enterprises in the coal industry cluster of Shanxi Province. The results of the questionnaire are used to analyze and verify the establishment of the conceptual model. The main results of this paper are as follows: each specific influence factor can be divided into four levels: micro layer, network relation layer, resource layer and macro environment layer. The contribution degree from big to small is: resource layer, network relation layer, macro environment layer and micro layer. The countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the ability of collaborative innovation are as follows: strengthening the quality of enterprises, constructing harmonious network relations, enhancing the supporting role of resources in the cluster, providing good environmental support, and constructing ecological coal industry cluster. To a certain extent, the research results of this paper have promoted the research and development of industrial cluster collaborative innovation, established the index system of influencing factors, and have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the influencing factors. It provides suggestions for the cooperative innovation of enterprises in Shanxi coal industry cluster, and also provides reference for the development of government, universities / scientific research institutions and intermediary service organizations, which has important reference value for the improvement of collaborative innovation ability of enterprises in the cluster.
