城市金融发展与产业园区经济规模关系研究

【摘要】：城市金融是区域金融的组成部分,城市金融发展对经济增长具有比较显著的促进作用。在大城市内部,由于金融机构集中于城市中心城区,而且金融辐射力随空间距离加长不断衰减,导致城市边缘区域成为金融服务盲点。同时,产业园区作为城市经济增长极,大多位于城市边缘区域,需要大量金融服务。金融服务和需求在城市的部分空间形成失衡。城市金融发展如何才能满足产业园区经济增长需求,二者是什么样的关系?这些问题至今尚无明确答案,却对城市金融和产业园区发展具有重要意义。本文在理论分析基础上,从城市金融规模、金融中介发展和金融效率三个维度,以北京、青岛和大连三个城市金融业及国家级经济技术开发区为研究对象,分析1995-2014年金融和产业园区经济规模的面板数据,运用单位根检验和协整检验,选择固定效应的变系数模型,建立协整关系方程,对城市金融和产业园区经济规模的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,城市金融中介发展、金融效率与产业园区经济规模有正相关关系,但金融效率的影响比较微弱,而城市金融规模与产业园区经济发展之间的关系并不明确。据此,在文末提出了改进城市金融发展与产业园区经济增长关系的三项措施,即推动城市金融中介机构多元化发展、加强城市直接融资渠道建设和扩大产业园区金融接口。
[Abstract]:Urban finance is an integral part of regional finance, and the development of urban finance plays a significant role in promoting economic growth. In large cities, the financial institutions are concentrated in the urban center, and the financial radiation force decreases with the increase of the space distance, which leads to the financial services blind spot in the edge of the city. At the same time, industrial parks, as urban economic growth poles, mostly located in the edge of the city, need a large number of financial services. Financial services and demand are out of balance in some parts of the city. How can the urban financial development meet the economic growth needs of industrial parks, and what is the relationship between the two? There are no clear answers to these questions, but they are of great significance to the development of urban finance and industrial parks. On the basis of theoretical analysis, from the three dimensions of urban financial scale, financial intermediary development and financial efficiency, this paper takes the financial industry of Beijing, Qingdao and Dalian as the research object, as well as the state-level economic and technological development zone. This paper analyzes the panel data of the economic scale of financial and industrial parks from 1995 to 2014, uses the unit root test and cointegration test, selects the variable coefficient model of fixed effect, and establishes the co-integration relation equation. This paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between urban finance and the economic scale of industrial parks. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the financial efficiency and the economic scale of the industrial park, but the influence of the financial efficiency is weak, and the relationship between the financial scale and the economic development of the industrial park is not clear. Based on this, three measures are put forward to improve the relationship between urban financial development and economic growth of industrial parks, namely, to promote the diversified development of urban financial intermediaries, to strengthen the construction of urban direct financing channels and to expand the financial interface of industrial parks.
