聂家庄泥塑传统经营方式与产业转型研究

【摘要】:本文简要记录和描述了聂家庄泥塑的传统经营方式,包括生产组织形式、生产时间安排、销售方式与市场范围等。在当今工业化进程的社会背景下,作为儿童玩具的聂家庄泥塑事实上已经衰亡。要想令其继续传承、发展和创造经济价值,必须进行脱胎换骨式的产业转型。作为文化产品的聂家庄泥塑,应该将原来以量取胜的粗放型经营模式转变为以质取胜的集约型经营模式,以提高产品的经济附加值。在产业转型过程中,还应注意把握市场开发与保护文化多样性之间的平衡,无论制作工艺还是表现题材都应该坚守住民间风格,不能在潮流中迷失自我。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly records and describes the traditional management of Nie Jiazhuang clay sculpture, including production organization, production time arrangement, sales mode and market scope, etc. Under the background of industrialization, Nie Jiazhuang clay statue, as a toy for children, has actually declined. In order to continue to inherit, develop and create economic value, we must carry on the transformation of industry. As a cultural product, Nie Jiazhuang clay sculpture should change the original extensive management mode which won by quantity into the intensive management model of winning by quality in order to improve the economic added value of the products. In the process of industrial transformation, we should also pay attention to the balance between market development and protection of cultural diversity, whether the production process or performance of the theme should adhere to folk style, can not be lost in the trend of self.
