基于产业关联理论的山东省轻工业发展策略研究

【摘要】：山东省作为全国经济大省,轻工业历史悠久、发展迅速,在全国具有相当大的影响力。改革开放以来,山东省轻工业取得了突飞猛进的发展,诸多轻工产品稳居全国第一。然而,在显著成绩的背后,山东省轻工业发展仍面临着许多问题。例如:缺乏行业标准和政策约束、自主创新能力不强、行业发展不平衡等。从国内外发展趋势可以看出,优化结构和战略调整不仅符合经济成长规律,而且结构优化调整也是工业化发展的必经阶段,也是省内经济迅速发展所面临的重要挑战。通过对山东省轻工产业结构的优化调整和升级,不仅能充分发挥现阶段轻工业的优势,而且对于提升企业内部的管理水平和生产水平,以及在国内和国际市场的竞争能力,都具有重要的现实意义。基于此,本文在相关理论研究的基础上,从产业关联视角研究山东省轻工经济发展状况,在投入产出数据的基础上构建山东省轻工产业网络模型,识别轻工产业与其他产业间的关联关系,刻画出轻工产业内部产业间关联结构,初步认知当前山东省轻工产业关联效应特征和产业结构状态;在此基础上,分析轻工产业关联关系,进而深入认知山东省轻工产业的关系结构特征;最后结合当前山东省轻工产业发展状况和条件,在上述轻工产业关联关系研究的基础上,挖掘出与轻工产业有着紧密联系的相关产业,提出山东省轻工产业的发展策略和对策,以实现山东省整体国民经济的提升。
[Abstract]:As a big economic province in China, Shandong Province has a long history and rapid development of light industry, which has a considerable influence in the whole country. Since the reform and opening up, Shandong Province has made rapid progress in light industry, many light industrial products ranked first in the country. However, behind the remarkable achievements, Shandong Province still faces many problems in the development of light industry. For example: lack of industry standards and policy constraints, independent innovation capacity is not strong, industry development imbalance. It can be seen from the development trend at home and abroad that optimizing the structure and strategic adjustment not only conforms to the law of economic growth, but also is the necessary stage of the industrialization development and an important challenge to the rapid economic development in the province. By optimizing, adjusting and upgrading the structure of light industry in Shandong Province, we can not only give full play to the advantages of light industry at the present stage, but also enhance the internal management level and production level of enterprises, as well as the competitiveness in the domestic and international markets. Are of great practical significance. Based on this, this paper studies the economic development of light industry in Shandong Province from the angle of industrial relevance, and constructs the network model of light industry in Shandong province based on input-output data. Identify the relationship between light industry and other industries, depict the structure of correlation between light industry and other industries, and preliminarily recognize the characteristics and structure of light industry association effect in Shandong Province. On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the relation of light industry, and then deeply understands the relationship structure characteristic of light industry in Shandong province. Finally, combined with the current situation and conditions of light industry development in Shandong Province, on the basis of the research on the relationship between light industry and light industry, we excavate the related industries which are closely related to light industry, and put forward the development strategies and countermeasures of light industry in Shandong Province. In order to achieve the promotion of the overall national economy in Shandong Province.
